Pylet came out and quickly assessed my zone system. He gave me my options and took the time to explain everything. He even offered to change my air filters on the way out. I will definitely recommend Ultra to friends and family!

Stay away from this company, they submit false claims to AHS and add more to the work order without even letting you know. I had a second opinion after ultra came to check my AC unit and it was completely different to what ultra was claiming. They are licensed scammers, do not bring them to your home.

Used Home Warranty, they came out , he was there for short period, left said "Nothing wrong". The system was still not working. they came out again 24 hrs later and said it would cost $ 1,000.00 and it was not covered by my Warranty. Waste of time use someone else beware for my $ 100.00 I got nothing back of value

Came in for home warranty work. Did not troubleshoot or fix the problem. Told my wife that coils were dirty and would cost 600 to repair before home warranty work could begin. Took my service fee. Spent a total of 3 minutes in my house. Coils had just been cleaned in the spring. Tech was a liar and submitted false estimates to AHS. Stay away. Dishonest and inexperienced techs!

Ultra was very responsive they came right out and Gabriel was great!
He took care of everything very professionally and very fast. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Our AC stopped cooling so I called my home warranty on a Friday afternoon just after it happened. They contacted Ultra. I have a very sick husband and small dogs and I knew everyone would suffer if we were unable to get it repaired right away. We were assigned an appointment for the following Monday. I called Ultra’s office and told them my situation. They were able to send someone out the next day. Pilot came to our home, did an assessment and repaired the problem efficiently. He was compassionate in regards to our situation, professional in his manor and we are very grateful to have met him. Ultra is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them.

The guys at Ultra did a great job installing my new AC unit. Super responsive on the phone and throughout the process. Very happy customer and my house is COOL again! Thank guys!

Works in collaboration with home warranty company to deny claim. This company was dispatched to my residence and after their inspection the first words out of the technician was, “your part is defective and under a class action law suit.” This information is automatically denied. American Home Shield is the warranty company. The lawsuit was settled in 2015. This is the whole point of buying a warranty. I didn’t own the house when that issue was going on. The Air Conditioning company should have come out and informed the warranty that the coil was no longer working. Definitely a questionable relationship!!! Not trustworthy!!!

Great experience, especially with Gabe when he came out. He was professional and was more than willing to explain things as he did them.

I had a dead HVAC board and he went above and beyond to get a replacement and in as quickly as possible so I we could get our AC up and going . Showed up on time each time. 100% would recommend and have his card saved.
