Right Now Air

I have been using Right Now Air for more than 20 years. They serviced my home's original unit, and then installed & service my new unit. The company employees are first rate! Larry and Scott are great owners, men of integrity and honesty.

John D. serviced my a/c unit today. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable.

I wouldn't use any other air conditioning/heating company in the Vegas area!!

This is a review for my annual tuneup. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get a time that worked well for me.
Josh K was the tech that came out and he called to inform me he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. After gathering info about the system and any concerns he got to work. He checked the system in the attic and then outside. He washed down the fins on the outside unit, checked all connections, took electrical measurements, etc.
This was a very good experience and I would not only recommend Right Now Air, but specifically Josh K.

My air conditioning was not working and Joshua came out from Right Now Air and found a very simple and inexpensive solution to my problem. He checked out my A/C units outside and in the attic and changed my filters for me while he was here. Josh is very polite and professional. I was referred to Right Now Air by a good friend who has used them for awhile and was very happy with their service.

Jose has helped us several times throughout the years and has worked on our neighbors air units as well. He is professional, fast, knowledgable, honest and keeps you updated as the work progresses. Fantastic Job!

Excellent customer service. Gave me without request estimates for 4 different systems, and honest recommendations for each. Replied to all of my questions in a timely fashion. Installation went as promised, promptly, and efficiently. Pricing beat the competition. System was just installed, so no comments yet as to long term results.

Right Now Air has been servicing our air conditioner for over 5 years. Their team is always professional and diligent and explains any issues that we are having. Today, John came to check our AC. He found an issue with our motor and immediately took steps to explain the situation, then replace the motor. Our AC is over 13 years old—right now, just trying to get our AC ago hold on for another year or two, then we will call Right Now Air to replace our units. Thank you to John—he was professional, diligent, engaging and represented your company well. And he liked my dog! :-) Dog friendly service people are always a nice touch!

Right Now Air forgot to schedule my regular service and I forgot to notice that it had not been done but when Right Now Air discovered I had been missed they sent John to do the service. John called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was considerate of my needs and careful in what he did. He, using his phone, took pictures of a couple of areas that needed more than routine maintenance and recommended a reasonable way to take care of the potential problems. As John prepared he gave me a detailed outline of the problems and what needed to be done. I called Right Now Air and requested that I be put back on my usual schedule which Mike did. I recommend Right Now Air and John.

Joey was on time and courteous throughout the maintenance he did on the units. I was having an issue with one of the thermostats and he fixed the problem. Overall, the experience went well, no complaints.

Rich came out today to do a summer tune up/ check on our HVAC unit. He was on time, very courteous, professional and explained everything he was doing. I was very impressed! This is the first time using Right Now Air and because of the professional service and good experience I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks for helping me stay cool in these brutal Las Vegas summers!

Craig Robillard was our service tech. He arrived promptly, did an extremely thorough inspection, cleaned the filters, and left the house looking exactly was it was when he arrived. Doesn't get any better, highly recommend.
