Right Now Air

Right Now Air is a trustworthy, customer service oriented business, rare in this day and age. We have been customers for several years and recently signed back up for their maintenance program. Jose responded quickly, after hours, and was incredibly helpful. He got our unit back up and it should last until we could get scheduled for a full replacement.

As promised Right Now Air came out within a few days to review our needs and recommend the right replacement. Mark E. was our representative and he was exceptional (personable, no pressure, gave us a full range of options, and provided surprisingly easy financing). Can't wait for our new system. Love this company and highly recommend!!

I’ve been using Right Now since I bought my house in 2018. They are always fast and responsive and have been able to fix any issues quickly. I’ve worked with many of their techs, Craig, Jose, Mark, Chris, Bob and they’ve all been extremely fast and efficient at diagnosing and repairing my system. I never have to worry day or night if my AC acts up I know who to call. Thanks everyone on the Right Now team.

Update 2/1/2023:
I’ve had two new HVACs installed by RightNow and they have been great units right; sized for my home and budget. Craig and Chris just installed a replacement for my 35 year old upstairs HVAC and did a flawless job. I couldn’t be happier.

Craig Robillard does our twice yearly system maintenance. Craig is so efficient and capable. He is always on time and helpful in diagnosing possible upcoming issues that we can address before they become an emergency. He was also very informative when we had questions about possibly upgrading our thermostats. Craig is definitely a valuable Right Now Air service technician.

Right Now Air was quick to response to our call for service, our A/C was not cooling, imagine that in Las Vegas, the lady that answered, I unfortunately cannot remember her name, was so nice and expedient in getting us an appointment.
The gentleman that came to our house, Craig is his name, was so nice and polite, so respectful and patient with my parents, which I really appreciate. He did a great job, very through, got our A/C cooling in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and Craig.
