Right Now Air

I was impressed with Right Now Air from start to finish on this long overdue project. I replaced/upgraded my (original) 24 year old HVAC system and it was a challenge to maneuver everything into place. The job is perfect and we are now comfortable and worry free. These guys are skilled professionals and their attention to detail was amazing. I feel good about working with a local company that I have a relationship with, and installing a Made in the USA system.

I have used Right Now Air for approximately 5 years. Their service techs are all knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are fair andt hey take your needs into account when visiting my home. When I decided to replace my 15 year AC they offered a great price with preseason discounts. I had other estimates done but they were the only ones that offered 10 years warranty labor and 3 years free maintenance. I accepted their proposal for the AC because of the addons and my past great experience with them. They did not disappoint. My new unit was installed professionally in 2 days. Being recently widowed I am relieved to know that I will have no AC worries for the next 10 years. Thank you Right Now Air, Mark and Jose.

Mark is a total professional-- he's excellent technically and has great ability to work with frazzled customers like myself. I had a disaster on my hands late Saturday night after returning from a two week vacation (No AC in July!), and Mark's expert troubleshooting and quick repair got my old system back up and running within an hour or so. He's very personable and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I recommend Mark without hesitation-- this guy knows his stuff and is a fantastic communicator.

I have used Right Now Air, and Mark Eisenhauer, for 3 years for regular maintenance on my HVAC unit. Last week, I discovered my unit was leaking. I called and they were out within the hour. It was time for a new unit...they came and installed it today! Mark and his team were awesome, ensuring that everything was done professionally. They made sure all my questions were answered. I am thankful for the service I received. Right Now Air, and Mark, are the best!!!

Right Now Air is the best. They are always committed to their products and customer service. Brice Auger is an excellent technician. He provided me with the answers to my questions while he inspected the heater and air conditioner. I highly recommend this company.
