Brice performed the annual check of the heating and cooling system of my unit. Everything was in goodworking order and he even flushed the coil on the unit outside which I had planned to do but he beat me to it. Cleaned up area both outside and inside. Explained what was done and said everything was working fine. Brice is a great worker !! 2/07/23

Right Now Air has been my company for 15+ years with maintenance and 1 replacement unit. They have always been Professional, Personal, Cost Aware and always great Technicians. Joey has been my tech for the last few years, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and works with management for best cost. Have used Right Now Air for 20-plus years at our other home, just moved into a new one this past week. Had the existing AC company come out to do a check for us. All the guy wanted to do was upsell us on the latest and greatest systems, new thermostats, etc. He barely spent 5 minutes up in our attic checking out our units. Jose and Roger from Right Now Air came over, spent a couple of hours at our house, checked out everything inside and out, and gave us excellent advice on how to move forward. No BS, no upselling, just excellent service and an honest assessment. We have a house with two AC units, 5 zones, 5 thermostats, and they were not working as they should. We needed help, and Jose and Roger really took care of us. As we did with our old home, Right Now Air will be the only AC company we use going forward at our new one.

The team at Right Now Air is always friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job of evaluating our old system and provided a clear description of the new system that would be installed. During installation they were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves very well. I've been using them for years, and I will keep using them in the future!

So far we are so happy with our new air unit and revamped duct system. Our house was experiencing extreme temperature differences between rooms. Thanks to Mark and the RightNowAir team, we have better air circulation and only a 3 degree difference in different parts of the house. Mark was professional and thorough and I highly recommend RightNowAir to anyone who has air conditioning needs!

I moved in at my current residence in 2006. I have used no one other than RightNow Air for any heating or A/C issues I have had. Josh, in particular, has been out numerous times and has always been polite, professional and informative. I recently had a new unit installed. The technicians who came to my home for the installation were just as polite and professional. I can’t thank you guys enough for your service and high standards for top notch customer service.

The gentleman who came out (Joshua)was super friendly and professional. He was clear about the pricing for repairs, which was very reasonable. He explained the available options thoroughly. I am happy to have cool air again! This was a great experience and i will certainly stay with Right Now Air in the future.

Chris was sent to do my summer service. Very professional and explained what I would have to do in the near future to keep my ac healthy. Also Chris was very personable and funny. A pleasure to have Chris do all my ac serving.
