Our technician, Josh, was knowledgeable and professional. He shared appropriate information about what he was doing and the results of his inspections and tests. He is clearly an asset to Right Now Air. It is employees like this that make Right Now Air such an outstanding HVAC provider and maintainer.

Josh Knowlton, Right Now Air technician, took extra time and energy to get our AC unit running again during this record breaking heat wave. He worked tirelessly installing a new motor and repairing other problems with the unit during the hottest time of day on the roof of the house! His pride in doing quality work is greatly appreciated by this customer. Right Now Air is lucky to have him. All is well in the Universe today thanks to Josh!

He had Micheal respond.I was gun shy. 2 previous companies-1 last fall 1 last week - did not or could not properly diagnose my heart pump unit.Joey came.He was trustworthy,capable, reliable.KUDOS. He was thorough,performed superbly.Unit now runs as designed and expected.The fact the owner himself responded to my first call was extremely satisfying.

Mark came today for the yearly checkup on the air conditioner. He changed our filters, dusted off the grill, and took pictures of a future issue. He explained what to look and listen for regarding the issue. Our system still has one more year of warranty and Mark has been our technician of choice. He's always friendly, professional and very thorough. Thanks so much!!!

He diagnosed the problem and got it repaired and working again. I originally bought this unit from RightNow Air and their service after the sale has been excellent. Bob and his team recently replaced one of our units. We got four bids and they we're the second cheapest, but with the warranty, upgrades, and guarantees, the best value. They did the work quickly and cleanly and all the workers were very professional. We also use them for our biannual checks and love the service.
