Rebel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has all around been our trusted go to for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. As a medium sized management company it is important for us to have reliable, professional and knowledgeable vendors that we send into our clients homes. They have an amazing staff that is always ready and available to assist from their technicians to their customer service department...They are truly top notch. Not to mention their response time is unbeatable, as soon as I submit a work order usually within the hour they have reached out to our tenant to schedule for repair. In most cases they are same day service! The Rebel Team is great at communicating and keeping us up-to-date not only as the appointments are being scheduled but in the field as their team is diagnosing the issue/s at hand. This is one company I have no problem giving my highest recommendation to they certainly are not a fly by the night company and take their professionalism and customer service to the next level.

We have been pleased with service from Rebel Refrigeration. We use them for our preventative maintenance which is so important. We have also had repair work done. Our tech, Hector, is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, and what needs to be done. He explains the pros and cons of a specific repair if we have questions. The office staff is polite and helpful. They give you a time frame for expected arrival, and call when the tech is on his way. I have also spoken with Chris on the phone about a job in progress, and he has also been friendly and helpful. We would recommend Rebel Refrigeration as being reliable and trustworthy.

I was referred to Rebel shortly after we relocated from Florida to Greater Las Vegas in 2017 by a long term satisfied client. We have engaged Rebel across ALL of their specialties spanning Air Conditioning, Plumbing and customized sheet metal work for our 2 homes. During my 44-year business career I know what excellent customer service means and can give Rebel my unqualified endorsement. The scheduling team and service technicians are extremely helpful, friendly and get the job done as promised. We have even come to adopt 'D' (our plumbing specialist) into our family as he is frequently called in last minute to help us with a complex issue. We have a Charter School and have had various issues with our commercial refrigerators and freezers. Since our first call with Rebel we have been very pleased with the service. Everyone from the Call Taker to the Service Tech has been very polite and helpful. Understanding the need to have our equipment back on line as quickly as possible, they always dispatch someone out within a few hours. We are very pleased with the service provided by Rebel Refrigeration and highly recommend them.

Full disclosure we have used Rebel Refrigeration before, but just saying that would be enough for an excellent endorsement. But I must say that the service was excellent, they arrived in a timely matter to see what our air conditioning issue was. finding that replacment with new units was what we decided to do. Then we dealt with a friendly office staff who set our appointment to have our three units replaced. We don't need to be reminded of our scheduled appointment but it was nice that within that reminder call we were given additional information and my question was answered. The crew of four men arrive on time, worked professionally and finished early. We will call on Rebel again when the need arises.

Never a doubt in my mind on who to call for my home's plumbing, heating or a/c issues...it's always Rebel (since 1996)! Not only do they fix the problem the first time, they are on time!
From the initial call for the service request to the follow up after the work has been completed each employee is knowledgeable and professional.
The owner (Joe) treats you like you are his family and expects nothing less from his employees.
My most recent call for service was a "new toilet install". A complication due to a toilet flange needing replaced in my floor was handled with ease (definitely wouldn't have been easy for me!). The technician, "D", diagnosed the problem, handled the replacement, installed the new bowl and was out the door in less than 75 minutes. Great job D!!

Super company to do business with!
We had 2 of our central air systems replaced this spring. We are so happy our new Rudd 14 seer units.
Before we were constantly having to turn the thermostat up or down as it was always too hot or too cold. These new units keep us very comfortable and are so quite you don’t even know they are running.
Joe and his crew, including the office staff are top notch professionals. They came when they said they would, prepped the area to keep walls and floors from getting damaged and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Then there was even follow up on their part to make sure everything was in order and we were happy.
They made this big job stress free for us.
