My technician was Mike and he was very personable and was able to save me money based on the services that I needed. Would highly recommend; fixed AC before tech left, pricing was half of Number One's, and membership gives more discounts to currently low pricepoint.
Hector has made two trips out to our new house and has shown he is an absolute efficient skilled pro. He knew very quickly what the issue was and swiftly solved it. Found the pricing to be fair and overall experience exactly what we were hoping for.

Alan from Rebel Refrigeration came out and did a spring check up on my Air Conditioner and Furnace. They changed my air filters, the batteries in my thermostat and educated me on getting a carbon monoxide detector. He was on time, professional and did a awesome job! He even wore shoe covers! I have known this company for 5 years and every person I have ever dealt with has been very fair and professional.
Love having Rebel come to our home or business. We have two homes and a business, and they have been excellent at all three locations. Why choose a company that is a national chain? Shop local. If you have a problem, you can speak to the owner and he'll make it right. You won't have to go through some corporate office located in another state. I needed to find out information about warranty service for my York A/C, purchased in December 2006. The company I have a contract with for annual service, YES Air conditioning and Plumbing suggested I contact the company I made the original purchase with and that they couldn't help me.Unfortunately that company had their license revoked and did not respond to my phone calls. I felt lost and abandoned. I randomly made calls to like companies that I found on the Internet and spoke with a person who suggested I call Chris at Rebel who he said "were good guys". Encouraged, I called Chris who offered immediate help and through him I found out that the Condenser Fan motor, for which I was trying to find out if it was still under warranty, was unfortunately no longer under warranty. When I told Chris that "Yes" had found the motor to be leaking and for me to consider replacing it ($567.00),he offered to inspect the item and give his professional opinion on my dilemma. He dispatched his technician Allan to assess the situation who after a physical inspection gave me his conclusion that there was no need to have the motor replaced.He gave me a detailed explanation to support his findings.In addition, Allan gave me a lot of information on related subjects such as transitioning from all electric to electric/gas combos, getting access to gas on the roof, size of heat pump units.After having had this interaction with Rebel Refrigeration I am thankful that I happened to find them.
They replaced our whole system 4 years ago with a system that was so inferior you would walk into a wall of heat explained to us as a problem from the original installation. Pure BS. We heard a clanking noise when the system would turn on, but the tech said he could not make the complaint recur. Turned out, the system was laid upon rocks, no pan as we were charged for. The system could not have been calibrated to accommodate our home size. Rebel is a poir excuse for an AC company. Will talk to anyone about their lack of knowledge about their business.
Company not professional, chased them for almost 4 months to come and give service in a commercial business, kept scheduling and not coming and didnt bother to call and notify. left multiple messages to manager and owner and no call back recieved (for over 2 month). totally unprofessional- they keep blaming Covid-19 but that's is a lame excuse to poor customer care. also had issues with their technician in the past giving wrong diagnostic. called different company- booked the next day. choose another if you can, better service and better prices. UPDATE- how surprising that on the day I posted the negative review, suddenly the owner (Joe) decided to call me and check the problem, sorry, already gave the contract to someone else, I suggest you pay more attention to customers next time (specially those with higher business potential). that’s a typical attitude of someone who started feeling too comfortable in his market.
Thank you Rebel for your prompt attention to major leak in my kitchen walls. D came out right away and repaired multiple areas. D was very professional and courteous and clear with the estimate of expected repairs. We will be using Rebel Refrigeration for all of our household needs. Thank you all.
Rebel Refrigeration evaluated a "non-working" AC unit for me at a property in Henderson, Nevada; late July 2021 during a blistering "heat wave" where two elderly people live who are medically challenged. These people cannot live without AC, period. They determined the unit was non-repairable due to "age" and "usage". Their work was superb !!! From the front office, to the evaluation technician to the installation team members All Work was coordinated flawlessly with skill, professionalism and concern for the elderly people living in that home. I cannot THANK THEM ENOUGH and will use them again and again, if necessary as well as recommend them to others who need HVAC and or Plumbing services. Greg Wood
