Rebel Refrigeration, AC & Plumbing

I had Rebel come fix one of my two AC units last summer. Two service men come and take it apart and tested the unit to find a burnt out fan motor. After discussing the proposed repair, I agreed to have the part replace (I had been informed it maybe something else, but had to rule it out).

For what ever reason, I had to leave and my wife took it from there. When I got home and the repaired unit was turned on, it was sooo loud you could literally hear it across the street. It even shakes part of the house when it initially fires. Obviously not a OEM part. Basically Rebel used a part that would make the AC unit functional, however I would have not have approved. When I called to talk to the service man I negotiated with he said I authorized the repair, and of course its not like new cause it was 9 years old. Since it works I gave 2 stars. I waited to review because I had been traveling and moving out of state was a serious option at the time.

Looking back at the situation, I had been highly encouraged to join the Rebel program, kinda like a home owners package. The whole conversation revolved around joining the program and was central in our discussion where I refused to join but authorized the repair, because one of the men talked his boss into waiving the fee.

In conclusion, get a free estimate from any other company. Charging for a service call regardless of the repair, influenced my decision to fix it immediately as it had been over 105 degrees.

Great experience with this company!! Our service tech was prompt and courteous. He explained the details of our maintenance plan thoroughly. After inspecting our unit he recommended the replacement of two parts explaining what they did and why they needing replacing. After completing the work he even showed us the worn parts. Great customer service and overall experience. Looking forward to having them do all of our maintenance in the future.

I contacted Rebel to have my father's unit maintained and readied for the winter. Joe was quick to respond and told me someone would be calling in the am to schedule the service. They went out that same morning and my father was very satisfied. I also want to thank Sue for arranging it so that my father wasn't bothered with the payment. Courteous, prompt, and trustworthy. I have used Rebel Refrigeration and Air Conditioning for my pool service company. They have installed filter tanks and have done plumbing leak repairs. They have always been on time and i have been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. They come highly recommended as far as my company is concerned.

This was a FANTASTIC experience! My high-efficiency furnace was having issues. I initially used someone else to try and repair it, but to no avail. I contacted Rebel Refrigeration, and was told that they would be sending over two of their technicians, to make sure the job would be done right the first time. And sure enough, it was. Alan and Tony were very professional, contacting me throughout the process, letting me know what they found and what needed to be done. When I got home from work, the problem was fixed, the attic left clean, and the furnace works GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend Rebel Refrigeration!

Rebel Refrieration is a very professional company that does excellent work and has excellent customer service. I am a Realtor in residential real estate. Tech drove carefully up to my house.(Hector) Truck was clean. Uniform and shoes were clean. I explained the problem and he got right to work. Explained what he found wrong and quoted the cost. Made the repairs and ensured I was satisfied with the performance of the system. Carefully put away his tools and ladder. I looked in his truck. It was well organized.

I call Rebel whenever I have any issues with my A/C. I own an older unit so I have problems every now and again. I have been impressed that they have always been honest and presented with more options than I just need to buy a whole new system. I recommend this business anytime I’m asked.
