Nice job,very clear work.They put shoe covers entering the house and were very knowledgeable ,answered all the questiona.They replaced my thermostat and explain me all the functions the new one has.Thank you

Narek was incredibly professional and explained everything he was doing to us! He fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond checking everything on the system to ensure he identified the correct cause. He also taught us what needed to be done to maintain our systems. We never felt like he was taking advantage of us or trying to sell us on anything. He was genuine and so very helpful. We definitely recommend ProZone!

The service was great. Vardan, showed up wearing his mask. He wore booties in my house. Checked the temperature of multiple rooms. Asked when the AC has its last service. He had his repair bag with him. After assessing the situation he provided several options. Additionally, he had the parts in his vehicle. After completing the work, he came back in the house to check the temperature in multiple rooms. The service was efficient and extremely effective. By far the best A.C. service we've had in 10 years. Most assuridly will be using Prozone again. The Best part was the honest effort from the initial phone call, up to processing the payment. Great work.

The service was quick, professional and relatively inexpensive. I have two AC units and had problems with one a few years ago. I contacted multiple companies and was charged a service call for them to assess the problem. Two different companies immediately told me I would need to replace the compressor and couldn’t use Freon any longer. They told me I needed to plan to replace the units. This company did not try to sell me a new compressor but fixed the problem immediately. I really am happ with the company and will use them again.

Efficient and honest! Vardan did a great job, he new exactly what to do. He mentioned some wear on certain parts but didn’t try to up sell by saying other parts “had” to be replaced. Definitely recommend Vardan and his company!

Vardan at ProZone replaced one of the HVAC systems installed when the house was originally built with a new and more-efficient unit. He gave me several options based on price, but he allowed for more customization of the option we chose. Vardan was very responsive and spoke directly with me; after he was assigned to me, I only had to deal with him. He never talked down to me, and he addressed all of my concerns. The pricing was also the lowest out of the 4 contractors that gave me a quote. We are very happy with our new unit.

ProZone installed a new AC unit in our house. We were so happy with the price and service that we ased them to install a second unit in the mater bedroom. There was a miscommunication with the second install and we were not happy with it. We asked ProZone to come back out and fix it and they did. I think that says a lot about how professional they are. Anyone can provide a product or service but it is hard to know who will stand behind their work. We will definately use ProZone again in the future.
