The best experience, hands down.

The technician, Adam, called to discuss my air conditioning issue shortly after I placed my service request. He was extremely polite and professional, and gave me a short, two hour window for his arrival: same-day on a Sunday.

He text me 30 minutes prior to arriving, and was right on time. He took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me his honest assessment.

The repair was made promptly, and in line with his initial estimate. Adam was terrific; it’s definitely the customer service that’s most important to me when it comes to selecting a service provider, and Adam created a loyal, happy customer in me.

I can’t express how happy and grateful I am, and would recommend Adam and Lake City Air Conditioning to anyone that needs honest and reliable HVAC service.

Adam is my hero.
HE FIXED MY FURNACE ON HIS FIRST TRIP!!!
He methodically examined inside the furnace with extremely gentle and careful manner that reminded me of how a dentist would look into his patient's mouth. He is slim and calm and smart. He patiently took time to triple check to make sure the furnace worked after he reconnected the wire.
This is November 22, 2022.
We got the heat back. Thanks to Adam.

The web site on Lake City Air shows many satisfied customers' comments on Adam. Everybody adores him; and I find that they are right. I am glad I followed their view and called Lake City Air and insisted on ADAM. When Adam called me back, that was the start of my great day.
FYI: Yesterday, my old A/C company disappointed me by sending a new tech, who left me with the non working furnace.

Company is as good as their technician's performance. From now on, I will only go for Adam.

Nothing but good things to say about julia, Adam and the lake city HVAC family. Signed up for their extremely budget friendly (half the cost of local competition) annual Hvac maintenance plan and am beyond satisfied with my first service visit. Our technician Adam was not only on time and professional, he diagnosed several issues with our system that had potentially life threatening consequences that required immediate action under the manufacturers warranty. Without him, we would never have known that each time our AC kicked on we were risking a short circuit or worse, an explosion and catastrophic fire. Highly recommend this company and look forward to trusting them with my HVAC maintenance needs.

Had a capacitor go bad on one of our AC units. Lake City Air was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue right away. Jake was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. The next day the AC unit did stop working again and they were able to send Jake back out. It ended up being a switch that wasn’t on all the way. He got it fixed right away and didn’t charge us for the second trip out. Good company and will use again.

I just had my 2 older units (1991) serviced by Adam. He was an amazing service technician. He worked hard to get our units working at peak performance and was very friendly and polite.

Julie, in the office, was extremely helpful and answered my concerns with speed and superior customer service! She even sent me an extra receipt because of my OCD filing issues!

I will absolutely use this company again in the future! From the first call to finish of service, they were exceptional and professional in every way. Thank you for a great experience!

I called on a recommendation of a fried and couldn’t have been happier. My a/c unit stopped working early this morning and they were able to send a technician (Adam) her within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the dual capacitor for far less than I would have expected. Very quick to respond, honest company not looking to up sell you on a whole unit. Very happy!

We were referred by a friend to contact Lake City Air Conditioning. We contacted them and Julie assisted in the scheduling. She was able to get us scheduled same day, which was awesome because our house was pretty unbearable to stay in because our A/C unit was not working properly. Julie gave us an update on when the expected technician would arrive. Our technician, Adam, showed up to our home looking professional and was very knowledgeable. He was patient and explained to us in depth why our A/C unit was not working. One of the lines to our unit was actually leaking, which was why our house was not cooling. He repaired the line and did a routine maintenance. I have had a bad experience in the past with a different company and the technician was really pushy and was only interested in selling us a brand new unit. I would highly recommend Lake City Air Conditioning because they are honest and they really know what they are doing! Thank you Julie and Adam for making this a pleasant experience for my family, we can now enjoy our home again!

Adam - along with the whole Lake City Air Conditioning company are fantastic. As a PHC contractor in the Industry for 25 yrs. & currently in another state with my own business, I'm well versed in the ways money is made honestly and dishonesty in many markets. I can say to the homeowners interested in taking care of your equipment give them a call. It's refreshing to know someone still does it the way I believe it's supposed be done. Take care of who takes care of you and they will take of you in return. Face it, it's gonna cost to get your air conditioner fixed in the Vegas valley, but not every 8-10 yrs. does the equipment need to be replaced. The right company will explain repair vs replacement when the time is right. That's what this company is, the right company for you Vegas valley air conditioner users. Keep it up Lake City!

Jimmy from Lake City was outstanding. He was friendly and very polite - but really, when someone comes out to you on a hot Vegas day and finds what’s wrong with your air conditioning, it’s hard to look any more heroic than that. Two companies had come out prior to inform me that either (1) there was nothing wrong and I was imagining the problem; or (2) it was a condo design flaw that the vent in the kitchen didn’t blow out air like the other vents. None of them even opened the vents to see the ducts.

Not Jimmy. First he listened to my problem and then he actually brought in his ladder and opened up the vent. In it, he found this odd thing pictured below, and found the reason why the airflow in this duct (in the kitchen, no less!) was next to nothing.

The woman at Lake City who scheduled this appointment was also really stellar. She first scheduled the appointment for the same day but then called back and told me honestly that she didn’t want to send her guys into the attic space so late on a hot afternoon if it wasn’t urgent — and would Monday morning be acceptable. I said that was fine, and that’s when I met Jimmy.

Transparent and efficient. Can’t ask for more than that. If anything goes wrong with your AC, CALL LAKE CITY FIRST!

The service call was $90.
