One word - amazing! They made a stressful situation quite simple - prompt follow up calls, an immediate estimate, and the AC was installed the NEXT MORNING!! The install was super efficient and the price was beyond reasonable. And they even cleaned up after they were done. And I mean spotless! Love the service and I am beyond grateful they were able to assist us so quickly!! My unit was installed in July during a 113 - degree heat wave - the unit works like a charm and is super quiet. I have recommended them to friends and would without hesitation, and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone else!!

Your A/C and heating has been doing work our home as well as my father-in-laws home for several years. 2 years ago my fil passed away and purchased the home for our daughter and grandson. Since we now had 2 homes to care for I purchased a home warranty. Last summer we used our home warranty several times on the A/C with no issues. This year we had Jeremy come out to do the service call, not thru home warranty. He let us know there was near to or no Freon in the system to call our home warranty company to have them do the repair because it was going to be much cheaper for us. Long story short, the vendor they sent out said we needed a whole new unit but the home warranty said no, so I called Darcy at Your A/C, and within 24 hours we had our A/C up and running! And for a lot less than $3000! Thank you so much Darcy and Jeremy. You guys are amazing!

Please Please beware of this company and the Groupon. Jeremy the service Tech who is also the owner of this company. I told him he could come out anytime after 3 because my son would be home. Well Jeremy showed up before 3 and left a message saying no one was home. The second time Jeremy came out he told me the part that was needed and the part would cost 125$. Third time Jeremy came out to install the part he said the part broke while putting it on he would come back out. Jeremy came back put the part on took the 125 from my son then Jeremy called me and said the system still was not working because the service ignitor was out which was 450.00. I did not understand why he would take the money for the one part then call and say it was not working. I told Jeremy that my owner was out of state so I didn't mind 125 but 450 was too much, I would contact the owner. Jeremy said well since I have been out there so much I can use my service ignitor for a few weeks until you decide what to do, but give me your owners number I told him no I will let him decide what he wants to do with this. Jeremy went on again saying he could talk to the owner. I called Jeremy the next day and told him the owner would take care of the matter on his own. Jeremy said well they will tell him the same thing I said. I did not feel Jeremy was good to continue service with because why would you put a part on ,accept payment, then say hey its going to be 450.00 to get it working. Now Jeremy did say he would give me a refund minus their 40$ service call fee, I said well my groupon was for a service call. Jeremy said well all the times i been out you should be glad I'm only charging for one, and I didn't redeem your coupon. As far as I'm concerned it was Jeremy himself causing the repeat visits. Jeremy said and I will be there to take my part also, in a not so pleasant tone. I understood him taking his part back, I at this point wanted nothing to do with this so called company. Jeremy left a cashiers check under my mat when he came to take his part off. I had to call this place back to tell them now my A. C. is not working. The A.C. was never an issue, the lady that returned my call was very rude, she said they only checked my heat, when Jeremy himself told me they would be checking the unit as a whole. I felt like Jeremy tried to bully me into calling the owner to give him the service. After Jeremy realized this was not going to happen is when he became rude. PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! I will be contacting Groupon and telling them about my experience. I feel this place is a ripoff. Just because a deal may look good on Groupon, sometimes some things are too goog to be true. I am giving my honest experience and my honest opinion. Please don't get ripped off from your precious time and money. This place has HORRIBLE customer service.

Best air conditioning company. I previously went 3 months without heat and had multiple companies come out and tell me different things were wrong, and trying to charge me over 1000$. Jeremy came out and fixed my heater for under 100$. I finally got to turn my heater on and I wasnt a frozen popcicle :)

Jeremy was great. He explained the problem, my options and how he was fixing it. MUCH cheaper than the other companies I had look at it. Highly recommend. A+++++

I have tried contacting them several times and even left voicemails as well as emailing their customer service department. I have yet to receive a call or email back to schedule a tune-up appointment.

They didn't show up for my scheduled appointment, didn't return my calls that day and won't return my email. Poor communication and customer service.
