ProZone Air Conditioning and Heating Repair Las Vegas

I had the ductwork and a 30 year old Furnace & Air Conditioner replaced by ProZone Air. Their installers were thorough, clean & very quiet. I barely knew they were here but the improvements were obvious, both when the ducts were connected to the old system and the next day when the new hardware was installed. A portable air conditioner was offered but not needed. Very happy with ProZone Air Conditioning & Heating.

We were new homeowners who unfortunately had to face HVAC major issues in our new place. Summer just started so we have to do something since we have kids and it will be so hard if kids suffer this extreme hot weather as Summer starts. Our AC stopped working for almost 2 weeks. Can you try to imagine our life and how we suffer? Our home warranty was useless and charging us a lot. We tried looking for second opinions but they charge us more. We don’t have the resources to spend that much since we just moved in to our new place. Until, a friend’s neighbor recommended Prozone. We were initially kinda hesitant but good reviews and recommendations made us convinced to give this a try. Alex Valencia was sent to diagnose and gave us estimates based on what can be done. He was so accommodating and he did his craft super differently from the others. He also tried putting himself is our shoes as new homeowners. He was actually a heaven sent. We were so happy the way Alex helped us with everything and he tried scheduling the installation services the following day. Prozone men came over and did their services professionally with much patience from past 3 pm until almost midnight! That was a great workmanship! They didn’t leave us without completing our HVAC system installation and replacing the furnace and fixing other stuff. Now, the kids are more comfortable enjoying Summer in our HOME.

Excellent customer service. The HVAC tech took the time to help me understand both why the problem with my AC occurred but also the breakout of the work to be performed.
He also provided advise for other issues Ive been having with a second AC system.

I called them around 6 PM. Two guys showed up on my doorstep at 10 AM the next day they were great! They were professional, they were polite. Apparently, my AC/heater unit was completely broke. It took them about six hours to fix it but they did not leave my house until it was fixed. So my family and I are grateful for that. Need more businesses with such a high quality of service. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend! Great service

After three estimates and I was driving home this am and saw Prozone trucks parked at I'm guessing a team members house bc it was super early, I decided to Google them and went with an estimate. Alex is the guy that came helped me with everything. Very knowledgeable in his field. He even told me about a recall I wasn't aware of. I'm referring people to this company bc I respect honest people and this is what I got from Alex. I trust his expertise and knowledge on what I need.

We were helping a friend who is elderly and was a little scared of the process to buy/fix an AC unit. Alex from ProZone showed up on time and had a very positive attitude. He treated our friend with respect and was very patient with her. Thank you Alex and ProZone.

Prozone Air Conditioning was very responsive. I called them at 8 am and they came the same day a few hours later. They 100% know their stuff. ProZone Air is an excellent company! The receptionist is very nice and patient and Sam and Juan are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I will use this company again!

Had a great experience with ProZone. Left a service request Sunday night and got a prompt call Monday morning. Had a tech come out that day and did an excellent job replacing a HVAC fan. Will definitely use them again.

These guys were SO professional and respectful. Once they found the problem they went and got the parts and came right back to finish. David was there until 10:30 PM but he finished and the a/c was working great when he left. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
