When my AC went out my first and only choice to come repair my AC was Larson Air. They do great quality work. They get you in for an appointment fast to get your needs taken care of. They diagnosed the problem fast, and got my AC back up and running in no time at all.
My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days in Lasvegas...I called Larson Air for help because I have used his service before and I know he's always honest and reliable..he found my capacitor was bad and just recently my thermostat needed replacing...I am so happy to have my air working again..as a senior I depend on it and I definitely depend on Travis at LARSON AIR..you can count on him to show up when he says and always reasonable rates..he has kept my 26 year old unit running ..call it the luck of Lasvega ! 5 STAR !!!!!

I messaged Travis early in the day and he was able to get out to me within a few hours and help diagnose and repair the issue I had with my unit. Travis was very knowledgeable about his craft, and had no issues answering any questions I had about my system. Cooling is expensive in Vegas, so you should anticipate shelling out for an actual fix rather than hoping for a hacked together solution that will break in less than a year. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were unsure if they would be able to get the part until a couple of days later due to how old our unit was. But, they were able to get the part and our AC back up and running the next morning.
We called at 1115am on a Sunday and Travis was on his way and at our house in less than a half hour, ON A SUNDAY! He fixed our AC unit lightning fast and was on his way before 1210p. Fixed our AC fan capacitor in minutes! Fare price and professional! We will definitely use this company again!

Since our ac was blowing hot air since last night they got here before it got too hot. 🙌🏽 Travis was so professional and they explained the issues and walked me through the errors and gave me several options to choose from with the Best quality and performance- I have a house full of kiddos so I appreciate a lower power bill lol They are extremely affordable and the fellas were really patient and easy to talk to. I am going to choose Larson Air Las Vegas every time now, just letting all my friends and Family know!!

The technician, Tim, was on time and as courteous and kind as any person I have ever had in my home. Tim communicated thoroughly about what he was going to do to figure out what the problem was. He found a remedy to the situation quickly and even answered questions about our aging HVAC equipment honestly and thoughtfully. I have young children and he was so incredibly kind when interacting with them as well. I received a follow up from Larson Air the next day making sure that everything went well and to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was completely impressed with every interaction I had with Larson Air, fantastic service over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend and use again and again.
Honestly, Larson Air is awesome! I called on a Friday afternoon and had my air fixed by 6pm. The guy's came out looked at the unit and fix it. The prices were good, the service was outstanding. My A/C is blowing cold and that's got me happy!
I've never had an experience like this before. What started as one of the best customer service experiences I've had, ended up with me threatening to get police involved, because these people tried ripping me off so badly.
The guys that showed up to do the job did great for the most part. They listened to my problem and set to work to find the cause. About 15 minutes later they come down and tell me it's fixed. A couple of wires had vibrated off their sheathing and shorted out. The tech told me they put some electrical tape around the wires to stop them from contacting.
Then they told me their "electric wireing fee" was a whopping $489, and that I had to pay the $89 diagnostic fee too. For a total of $578. I said that sounds like a charge for redoing the wiring on a unit, not a band-aid fix. I said that the $89 diagnostic fee and 1 hour of their labor rate seems way more realistic, which should be under $250. The tech called their boss and he said he'd only be giving me a $50 dollar discount.
I tried to get the tech to reason with their boss before I had to go to drastic measures, but this fell on deaf ears. They started threatening me with going back into my house and locking me out of the a/c unit, telling me I was unprofessional, that I'm paying for their knowledge and not how much work they actually performed.
I told them that I only agreed to an $89 diagnosis, and that I never gave the go ahead for this $489 "repair" before they did it. Then I told them I wasn't letting them back into my house unless the police tell me to, and that we should probably call the non-emergency line to get an officer to mediate now, because I am absolutely not going to pay what they were asking.
The techs said "no this is too far, we'll just take the $250 and pay the difference out of our checks", trying to guilt me. Long story short, I paid $250, which was still a rip off for the "service" I got, and we didn't end up having to call the police.
So this morning I tried calling and talking to someone in charge of this place. Some guy named Travis answers the phone and tells me he's able to take the complaint, but wouldn't tell me his role in the company. Anyway I explained the situation and he starts in on the same rediculous reasoning for what they tried to charge me. But then takes it further and threatened to send me to collections for the remaining balance, and that they'd sue me for slander if I write a bad review...
Avoid this place like the plague. All their good reviews were probably bought from a Chinese marketing firm for $20.
