Unlike the other companies who send a “technician” out to give an estimate, the owner Christopher came out and assessed the issue himself. His work is very clean! He improved the original air handler cooling line run. So much better. He recognized the original installation of the air handling ducting was less than optimal. He had a piece fabricated and installed, improving efficiency. He is very polite. Chris stood behind his estimate beyond the 30 days and helped find an a great payment option. Thank you. We scheduled normal A/C maintenance visit on our new home with Western Pacific Air Conditioning & Heating right after we moved in.
