Colin was assigned by our homeowners warranty company to check our AC, which did not work. He told the homeowners warranty company that the issue with the blower motor pre-existed and could have been detected, which is not correct. We had no issues with the AC until it stopped working. Colin's report resulted in the warranty company to decline repairs, which costs us a lot of money out of pocket. Besides, Colin did not respond to my calls and text when I wanted to ask him about our AC problems and what exactly the problem was.

I am a retired electrician, an old timer and have lived in Las Vegas, NV for 22 years. When it comes to repairs in this city, it is a rip you off town; if they sense ignorance, most will take advantage of that. This kid is a gem in the rough. I had two [2] other HVAC techs out on my issue. The first was WRONG for a $1144 job. The second was WRONG for throwing parts at it until we get it, as in "if the safety switch replacement does not work, I will be back and will try the induce motor next." This clown did not even have a VOM to measure, just a jump wire and was the greasy plumber type, as in no booties, filthy hands and ladder [had to put down my own tarp]. I say WRONG on both because COLIN [Owner and Licensed C21 HVAC Nevada Contractor] said the only issue was the circuit board and he was CORRECT. All else on the heating system checked out. Honest, humble, two thumbs up here. CRITICAL: IF THEY DO NOT METER YOUR SYSTEM, RUN LIKE HELL and TYVM.

Colin was friendly, professional, on time and was good at communicating throughout the repair processing. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

They got here fast. They were the only ones that were in our home warranty system that would go up on a tile roof.

This Company is the worst company ever. I don't recommend this company. What a bad bad service wow!
