My heater went out and I called this company. They sent someone the same day and his name was Travis. He showed up, gave me an overview of what he could do. He had the heater going in less than an an hour. I’m very grateful for the customer service and efficiency provided by Larsons. Highly recommend to everyone.
So many good things to be said about this company and men that work there. Travis and his crew were not only kind and understanding they got the job done quick and for a fair price. I cannot say enough about this company. Honestly if anyone is looking for an HVAC company to repair or replace the system I strongly recommend Larson Air.

I called another company early yesterday – a big commercial name here in Vegas. Someone stopped by at the end of yesterday saying we needed a belt and they’d send over a proposal for approval. When I didn’t have anything by this morning, I called again. They said I would have the proposal by the end of today… then after I approved the proposal, they would order the belt then “get back to you when it comes in to schedule installation.” I asked them if they realize this is Las Vegas and it’s nearing the middle of July with daily temps approaching 110 degrees? They said “that’s our process.” I said, “I’m calling someone else then… that’s my process.”
Your honesty on the phone and quick response sold me! I’ll be recommending Larson Air to everybody from now on! Thanks again!
Travis and Larson Air fixed our outside AC unit extremely quickly. He was professional and after repairing the unit ensured everything inside was working properly before completing the service call. I will recommend Larson Air to everyone I know who's experiencing any AC issues!!!
Used Larson back in 2012 to fix a part on my air conditioner. Was pleased with their service then...can't say that now!! I had originally called an evening before they could actually come out. Knowing I had decent service from them before, I decided to wait the extra evening to call someone else because they promised me they would come out the next morning...even though it was sweltering 107° that day...BIG MISTAKE!! The service tech replaced my capacitor and everything was fine until later in the afternoon when my AC went out again! The technician was at my house in the mid morning for only about 30 minutes from the time he arrived to changing out the capacitor...later on in the day the fan stopped blowing. I would think he would make sure everything was running tip top since they charge $89 to diagnose...PLUS the nearly $500 part...SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! I feel like I'm stuck now waiting for him to come out again to fix...needed to leave out of town today but that's not happening! Beware...there are other HVAC companies out there who will gladly make sure their customers are left with a properly running AC. I don't recommend this company at all, but feel like I'm at their mercy to finish the job they should have properly fixed in the first place!! And I am a real customer so if any owner response says otherwise, I can easily post a pic of my invoice to prove I am a real customer!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Larson was prompt, professional, and had already installed my new A/C (on the roof, with a crane, mind you) before I’d even noticed they’d begun working!
If you need it done the right way the first time, these guys are the ones.
Our unit froze up, had a tech come out to check it out and he told us it was completely out of freon and that we had a major leak. He charged us $1000 for a condenser and to tell us we needed a new unit, but when he left, nothing was fixed, so why the huge price tag???
Called another company today and they came out and told us that the control board is bad, they put in a jumper to get the system to work for the time being, but he said that there was no leak in the system to be found, and it was full of freon. He turned the system back on with his temp fix and it is cooling fine. Told us we are nearing the end of life of our system as it is aging, but to prolong it, we can put in a new board. End of the day, $80 service call and the air is working.
You tell me, sound legit or scam to get you to buy a new system through them?
I posted the above on their Facebook page and was told that they were sending their lawyers my info for slander and that we had not changed our air filters and they were filthy. This was not true, and I responded this below.
Larson Air that is completely incorrect. Our air filters were not clogged, as there were just fine when the technician looked at them and even said so to my mother who was here at the time. We change them like clockwork, thank you, so your technician obviously told you a lie.
I am also not afraid of your scare tactics, since it seems you have no idea who you are even speaking to. Your tech said our system was completely out of R-22, and added a couple pounds, he said it had a leak and he couldn’t find it. When you left, the system DID NOT WORK, unless you call a fan running and not cooling a working unit. Yes he changed out a part, but that did NOT make the system work. Any decent business would have taken the parts back out since they didn’t fix the problem and your end goal was to sell a new unit, yet your tech decided to leave them and charge an elderly person for them. I call that taking advantage of an elderly person.
Your options, a new unit or chase down a leak (for a couple more thousand). You say the $1000 that she was charged will go towards the purchase of a new unit, but that is just a tactic to get us to use your shady company again. Interesting that the next tech found no leak when tested, but found a faulty board, which your tech didn’t even find.
Travis arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to repair the unit as he had the parts necessary on his truck. He was very personable and knowledgeable.
Very smooth experience. I enjoyed the ability to book my appointment online (on my smartphone), got a prompt confirmation, and window of time that was not excessive. I booked during the peak hours, excessive heat, and fully aware of my misfortune. Myself having a career in Commercial grade HVAC, I have an advantage of being able to review accordingly. On arrival, it was a professional, courteous experience. Pricing sheet in place, thus no upselling going on. Task completed on time, and according to estimate.
