Service person was knowledgeable, informative, answered all my questions, did work in a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience with Larson's they responded within the hour and the AC was up and running in short order.

My furnace was a tough case. It wasn't clear why it wouldn't stay ignited, and after Josh's initial visit it was still only working occasionally. He came back a couple days later on a Friday evening to make it right, even though he'd been in a car accident the day before. It's great to deal with a company that stands behind its work.

O boy let me tell you being Born and raised in this town and having to experience some of these service companies around I have always dreaded using any of them Very badd experiences. until now I have been a homeowner for 15 years I have had to deal with multiple issues over this period of time I have 3 children my wife and I Who live in our humble little home Last night After relaxing after a long day and dinner it started to get a little warm in the house checked thermostat and indeed it was going up Temperature wise stepped outside to take a Look and hear a squealing from my AC Unit🤦‍♂️ Ran back in the house Knowing it was just gonna climb hotter and hotter inside I had to get somebody out there quick so I randomly chose a company hoping for the best and boy did I get it I am so unbelievably impressed By Travis from Larson air Extremely nice on the phone And within 20 minutes had a knock at the door with a gentleman holding a bag of tools Asking if everybody was OK and reassuring us he will take care of this issue With an additional 20 minutes he had Our home backup and running again Thank you Larson air you are definitely Straight out rock stars I hope everybody in this town Uses this company I will recommend it to every single person I know🤘

I had been using Larson for my properties but no more as their prices just went through the roof! This year every repair came quoted $1k plus most with an expensive sounding "electrical run device". Sensing something fishy I met the tech and turns out it's new fancy expensive sounding jargon for a simple inexepensive capacitor. My business will be taken elsewhere.

They came one hour after I called and repaired the issue immediately. Cody and Manny were very cool and professional. Will use them again!

In 2021, I needed a quick second estimate/quote on how much it would cost to replace my AC since it wasn't cooling. Larson listed their service call at $25, so I had them come out the following morning to look. The tech was nice. Unfortunately at the end of it, they did not mention anywhere that the $25 would multiply into $50. I told them the original intent was just to estimate what it would cost to replace my AC since it was not cooling. If you like false advertising, want to pay more than the stated call fee listed online, and not even get a written quote for AC replacement in writing, this is the place to do it.

They made it out to our home so quickly and fixed the issue right away! Very pleased with the service! Grateful that our home is nice and cool again!!! Thank you Larson Air!!

Cody and Chase came out quick, solved the problem and left my family and I with a working heater! Thank you guys so much, I’ll definitely recommend you to anyone and I’ll definitely be calling you back in the future!

Tom came out to fix my A/C today. They did a fantastic job, excellent customer service, did a great job explaining everything, did a great job explaining my different options, and didn't charge me for things I didn't need yet. They also had a fantastic Military Discount.
