Got home from a few days of camping in the mountains to find no A/C. One of the hottest days so far this summer. Called for service, tech was here the next day. Motor and circuit board, toast! They got the pairs and didn't leave until the job was completed. Yeah, no more "night sweats"!

We were very pleased and impressed with this AC company. Our rental property needed a technician out there quickly because their AC unit wasn’t working correctly and in Las Vegas at 110 degrees we need AC!! Their technician had great communication with the tenants, and also communicated the work that needed to be done with me as well as our options. He was honest and professional and fixed the problem quickly.
Express Home Services was so easy to work with I decided to have them come do a tune up at my house on all our units. They did a safety inspection to make sure all our units had correct pressure and they cleaned them off.It’s a relief knowing they are working correctly and I’m not going to have any surprises of them going out in this heat.
If you need an AC company call Express Home Services. You will not be disappointed.

Needed a water heater replaced. Our house is set up for a power vent fan and requires additional work to attach the exhaust vents. Good price and quick service.
Oh well. Spring and summer show up and the unit wasn't quite a perfect replacement. Wanted us to pay way too much to fix.
Follow up service wasn't as prompt, either. Two plus hours after scheduled appointment three separate times.

My experience was wonderful! From the start I was impressed with the professionalism. I setup an appointment on a Monday and they were there Wednesday morning as promised. Our tech Stone was very professional and welcoming, my wife felt very comfortable with him. They also didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. They have integrity and are honest, that is hard to find. Don't think twice on choosing Express Home Services!

Express is great. I was able to painlessly book a tune-up to make sure our HVAC System gets us through another summer. Chris showed up on time and checked over everything pretty quickly. I highly recommend.

The technician did a great job. Unfortunately he was sent out to give an estimate first even though we were just replacing bathroom light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Had to schedule him g or the installation on another day which is why I have them 4 stars.

Juan and his new partner diagnosed that the 1997 townhome we bought 5 years ago circuit breaker was one that was to be used in “living rooms” for a lamp instead of the now governed/inspected kitchen 20amp had lost its will to function - age, the high humidity, idiocy of it being there in the first place; all contributing factors. They were clean, communicated to me my options, organized- so much so, that I knew more things in this townhome needed maintenance and I called for their plumbing department to come help me with some s l o w Situations in the flushing department- WAYNE IS ALSO OUTSTANDING, finding my urgent issues, better, and best options if I wanted to get fancy but for a hot bidet hose when tap water is warm anyway, I spent my dollars becoming a MEMBER!!! (You get discounts on services, which I greatly appreciate ♥️) Because of JUAN and his lovely new partner he was training in the electrical department and now I had issues w/plumbing that Wayne was fixing, I knew HVAC was not far behind, w/tune ups and the lady that lived here before with her 6 white cats 🐱 and my 2 fur babies - I’m sure my vents look real healthy *sarcasm heavily implied*

It just makes SENSE for a homeowner to feel they have someone on their (MY) side. I have been screwed too many times in this town, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way - Jeremy and his team are so friendly, knowledgeable, willingness to please attitude, timely, and won’t quit until they find a solution to your problem (who KNEW an air fryer going on the same wall - not outlet - could crash a fridge breaker when it went to turn on … and I hadn’t opened that fridge for a few days?) Juan, and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she’s going to be a great asset to your team, did! It took a minute to figure out, but they were relentless - it was clear something was not right.

As an aside, my new refrigerator arrived Saturday - it’s lovely, has fresh ice, keeps my food cold and or frozen AND I can even run the air fryer!!!

Wayne is coming tomorrow to finish replacing some hoses and some other boneheaded things they did in 1997 to my plumbing - my words, not his - he was much more respectful. I’m just frustrated I had this and one other home to choose from at the time, in a hurry, 5 years ago - this home is a lemon. With the help of Jeremy and his awesome team, “sweet lemonade” will be made and I will have a cozy safe we’ll functioning home that isn’t going to cost me billions to update!!!

**Update** Wayne, plumber savant 👨‍🔧😄, returned yesterday to finish replacing the ancient metal “emergency shut-off hoses” by our toilets (yes, I remembered that that is REALLY not the proper name for them) that were going to cause a heap of problems really soon, and install two bathrooms Bidet attachments - ⛲️⛲️ and they work great!!! Same kindness, efficiency, attention to detail - PROVES TO ME THERE IS CONSISTANT GOOD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- also, can’t forget LISA at Homebase coordinating everything- KUDOS!!! HVAC will be next 😃
