I’ve used Express at my rental and my primary residence for Heating, Air conditioning, and the latest visit was a plumbing issue. Every appointment is texted with alerts when they’re on their way. The guys have always been super polite and extremely professional. I’m so glad to have found this honest service provider. That’s a true rarity in these days. Thank you again!

Needed to replace my A/C unit before I had to broil in my own house for another Las Vegas summer. Contacted Express Home Services and Jeremy presented me with all the available options and explained all the services to me. He provided detailed answers to all my questions and did not pressure with up-selling or make me feel rushed to make a final decision on my services.

All service technicians that came to my home were courteous, polite, and professional. They cleaned up exceptionally well after completing the services inside and outside my home.

I chose to replace my HVAC unit and have my duct work inspected and repaired. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services. Jeremy is your guy!

Our AC was giving us trouble and the tech, Johnny, came by out (on time!) to do the repair. He worked meticulously to get it working again. This included making several trips back to our house and many phone calls to collaborate with other techs and his boss, Jeremy, to make sure it was done right. It ended up being a pretty big job with many issues that needed attention. He didn’t give up, made us his priority and made sure everything was working properly by the end. Chose Express Home Services out of the dozen because 1) they were recommended by my energy audit guy, 2) they provided a *very* competitive quote, and 3) they were super responsive to all the questions I had. Essentially, I went with the company that gave me the best value and vibe, and I have no regrets. Everyone that came out and did the install, and the owner, Jeremy, are total pros.
