It took me $754 to find out how bad your company performs. First of all, the unit pricing is a rip off andq ridiculous. No matter how much time spent the unit price is the same even for small jobs. You were on the roof for 15 minutes tops for replacing a 5-8 feet of low voltage wiring and forcing a high voltage wiring into the roof and taping it up with black electrical tape (totally ridiculous). I spoke to the manager to correct the problems (he talked a lot and had a lot of excuses). Can you believe it for 15 minutes at $754(unbelievable). The manager was more concerned about my first survey then then he was about me as a customer. Technician came out a second time to correct the problems (20 minutes) with some hesitation. I indicated to the technician to look at my neighbor HVAC unit and how well it was wired. The manager called me for a follow-up and he claimed to care about me by coming out a second time (remember, I saw the problems not him or technician). I ask him for $200 credit because I saw the problems. The manager was more concerned about his company then me (the customer). I am letting my friends, neighbors and family know about this company. I am truly looking for a good and honest HVAC company who also cares.
I just had another company come out to review Bumble Breeze work and they found a bad corrector and did not recommend replacing the capacitor and charge me $ 59. Bumble Breeze I just don't know what to say about you. I still think you should refund me. I am writing the BBB.

He didn’t work on the plumbing leak we called for service. He said his supervisor will come in the morning to find out how it will get fixed. We told him we are leaving early in the morning to go back to LA. My husband instead worked on it that evening and fixed the problem. It was a waste of time when you call for service and the service man don’t know how to fix the plumbing issue. Bumble Bee have to train their service man on the field or hire people that are experienced and competent.
