Great service! The two technicians that installed the AC unit were professional and friendly. The quality of work is exceptional. They work thoroughly until it’s done right. Very satisfied!

Be aware - make sure you compare prices before contracting them! Was quoted $3500 for replacing a blower motor. Saying needed special parts that can only be shipped from Chicago. Also said they need one week. Lies - their competitor bought parts locally right away, and charged less than half the price. We are a group of clueless-looking girls if that matters. Do not get ripped off! Talk to at least one other company before using their services!

I've utilized Bumble Breeze a few times now. Enjoy dealing with their office, easy to get someone on the phone, they confirm via e-mail and call ahead to let you know someone's en route. Funny enough they recently started sending you tiny tidbits about the technicians which I thought was cute and not overwhelming. I had a recurrent clog in my main sewer line due to a plastic object. It was a big project and I got the best quote from BB. The guys who came out (can't find their names anymore) were very helpful and diligent. They found another major problem and offered me to repair it though it was significantly more and another day of work but since the excavator was already there it was the right move. They explained to me how it all worked, cleaned up everything, and were very professional. Even answered some additional questions regarding other problems in the house. The next time I had an issue I had a different technician, Riley. He came out to fix a sink clog. I then mentioned another problem which he said he should be able to fix but would have to research. He did his due diligence and on the day of the service discovered that instead of a replacement of a part he could adjust it and save me money. We enjoyed chatting and he supplied me with a lot of useful knowledge including recommendations for water softeners which I'm considering. Super pleasant and professional. I'm very pleased with this company, and trust me, while I was trying to get my sewer line fixed I had dealt with 4 different ones. I''ll be a BB customer until I leave Vegas!

Bumble Breeze did a great job of installing our new air conditioner. They worked diligently all day long and took photos to show the quality of their work.

Very thorough and professional. Efrain Marquez is an informative , neat and thorough technician. Nice to have an honest person and not trying to upswell me on items I don’t need. He is my go-to a/c technician. Very, very pleased.

Mr. Art H. a Plumbing Service Manager came to my home to access the issue I had with a drain that had clogged during a past rain storm. He did not fix anything, but used his inspection camera to determine the issue. There was no blockage, but he did give me advice on preventive maintenance. He said he will give back $100 in a form of a check in 3-5 business days . He also said that we still covered under warranty. He is really an outstanding individual.

Wesley is top notch answered all my questions. Did not try to upsell or add on parts that weren’t necessary. Would definitely recommend.
