EDIT: THIS COMPANY IS A HAZARD

TLDR; Our neighborhood was left without water for over 24 hours. Fire hydrants were left wide open. Good thing there wasn't a fire before they turned the water back on.

A homeowner in my HOA hired this company to replace several curb stop service valves in our community. Since the neighborhood is on one meter, water has been shut off to my whole neighborhood for the service. Residents were initially told that water would be shut off from 8am-12pm on Monday, 4/24. As of 11am on Tuesday, 4/25, water is still off for the neighborhood. Bumble Breeze will not tell residents how much longer the service will take. My Fiance approached the technician working in the neighborhood to ask how much longer the water would be off. He proceeded to lie about how long service has been off, rolled his eyes at my fiance, and told her to "calm down" when she began getting frustrated with his lack of transparency and rude attitude. Calling the business has not been helpful either. Since we are not the homeowners who requested the service, they refuse to tell us how much longer we will be without water in our home.
