I wanted to commend the technician, Devin on his professionalism and attention to detail. Devin cleaned the ducts throughout my house and worked extremely hard. I couldn’t believe all of the dust that came out of the vents.

Timothy did an excellent job fixing my toilet tank leak and replacing the shut off valve. Toilet doesn't rock anymore and sits very solid after he leveled it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and checked out everything and let me know what to plan for next. Would definitely call him for future plumbing issues.

The technician, initially, provided me a quote after completing his inspection of ALL plumbing related matters. The invoice quote (for parts and labor) totaled almost $900. 30 minutes later, the technician advised that he forgot to include a labor cost estimate for one of the procedures. The revised/updated quote was, now, over $2,700. Needless to say, I was absolutely “speechless” and told the technician that I would need to “think about it (the cost) before moving forward.” Of course, there was nothing to think about as it appears the Technician was quoting the absolute “upper end” of the spectrum for his labor costs. In my opinion, this is a very poor practice to recruit NEW (and, possibly, long-time loyal customers the service company. I will elect to find a more reasonably priced plumbing outfit to service my needs.

Kiefer is extremely knowledgeable, educated me on why my AC was not working as opposed to merely fixing the problem. He also answered questions I had pertaining to my ecobee thermostat and rectified a few dilemmas I was not able to figure out. He showed genuine care in questions I needed answers to. I am humbly grateful to have my AC in working order especially as we approach Nevada’s hottest months ahead. Thank you!

Wesley has always been my go-to guy at Bumble. He came over to check out the split AC units that they installed last year as they weren’t working. He found the issue and had them running in no time. He also found an issue that the crew failed to catch upon initial install and he’s getting it don’t first thing tomorrow. He’s knowledgeable and professional and always puts the customer first.

Our fire pit has a gas leak and Tony has been working with me troubleshooting the issue and helping me make a plan to get this repaired. We are still in the process of gaining access to the gas piping so Tony can return to replace gas piping once the demo is completed. He’s is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Responded to my call within a half hour. Efrain got right it and identified the problem. The problem was prior company didn’t service it like they said they did. It had to be all redone and need coolant which being a new unit it shouldn’t have needed. But it was fixed, pictures are taken of every step they do so you have a complete record. Definitely will be sticking with this company and no one else.
