Just about everything has already been said. Artur runs a tight ship and I really felt that he cares for his customers and is looking to build long-term relationships. He checked on his workers several times and again at the end to make sure everything was up to standards (it was). From the start communication was good, he saved me over a thousand dollars compared to the closest other estimate and didn't try to add any "up-sells" that I didn't need. He explained my options well and made his suggestion (which I went with). This was a few months ago and everything is working fine - I wanted to make sure before writing this review. Now, here's the kicker, the new thermostat was a different size than the old one and a different color of paint was showing. Artur said he would take care of it. He came by a couple of days later with a trim piece he had to special order and put it on - no extra charge, after the he was paid and the job was done! Artur gets my vote, I can't really think of anything that could have been better.

Alpha Air provides excellent, prompt service and honest advice on repairs and installations of HVAC systems – and at a competitive price. I have called them multiple times to repair my HVAC units so I can extend their use before getting a new system installed. When we finally decided to replace our unit, these guys did a great job helping us select a new unit that will meet all our family needs. I reached out online for a quote on AC maintenance and help changing my filter and the company responded within minutes. They were here the next day, on time, and texted me a picture of the Technician. This is such a good idea.
