Arthur is amazing!!!! He came out on a Saturday afternoon at 6.00p.m.and worked on my heater for almost an hour and half!!!! He was the only one out of 6 companies I called that was willing to come the same day, on a Saturday!! He needed to come back on Sunday and replace a spare part and he did!! AND!! He even charged a fair price!!! He has me as a lifetime customer for sure, I am already thinking what other repair works I can have him do! Relieved knowing when the summer comes and my A/C breaks I now have a reliable person that will come if needed, let it be weekends or weekdays and will also not overcharge me!! Thank you so much Arthur!!

Outstanding!! It is very rare that the owner of an AC company (Arthur) be so involved in the whole process. From quote to final install (I got initial quote by email as a rough estimate based on Tons, SEER and brand, most will not quote unless an employee comes out and at times to pressure a sale) Also Arthur was here on site for the whole install, climbing on roof (two 4ton units on 2nd story home, directing crane & inspecting work done by his roofers. His price on 4 ton TRANE units was very fair that included curbing and wifi thermostats (can control via app on cell phone if needed). When shopping I recommend you get a quote and also see reviews. Artur installed a new air condition and furnace in my house. So far so good. I will give Artur and his crew A++++. I will definitely recommend Alpha Air to my family and friends.

I do NOT NOT NOT recommend this company at all last summer the owner installed a new AC unit on a temporary rental I was in and the bedrooms were EXTREMELY hot especially the front room and that was my young daughters room it was so hot she could not even sleep in their .The owner told me he did not know what to tell me as he vaped and laughed ..I believe this company sold the owner a new unit when one was not needed and he said the new unit would resolve the issue in the bedroom .THAT WAS A LIE !

We called on a Saturday and received a same day appointment, during a heat warning day. They had the part in their service van and fixed my A/C! I would for sure recommend them.

Outstanding service. AC died. They responded same day. The technician (Adolfo) was polite, professional, found and corrected the problem promptly. The repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
