Gibson Air Conditioning and Heating

Scott has been taking care of my heating and cooling problems for the past year. He does an excellent job and at a reasonable cost. I won't use anyone but this company. They are honest and caring towards the customer. Don't waste your time with any other company!

We were very pleased with our service and Erik was very polite, nice and helpful. He was also very professional.

Eric came and replaced our condenser motor and was so pleasant and efficient.
We still have not received our movie tickets we were promised.

What helpful HVAC technicians they have at Gibson Air! My grandma needed a new air conditioning unit and they were able to help her pick out the right one for her needs. I called them and they were prompt to arrive at her house and kindly told her about new energy efficient ductless systems, that will help to lower the energy bills. Such a great air conditioning company in Henderson! I highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs in the Las Vegas area.

I don't usually write these, but in this case, I felt that it was absolutely necessary. This company was over-priced, slow, unresponsive, and had abysmal customer service. I hired them to install air conditioning units into a commercial building. The entire process was a fiasco! It dragged on for many months, cost ballooned way beyond what they originally estimated, and, at every step of the way, as their representative, Jeff, continued to make mistake after mistake, he would try to find someone else to blame. Just terrible. In the end, I spent over $50,000 for a system that wasn't even in working order when they left it. Moreover, when we discovered that they forgot to install one of the thermostats, they tried to claim that it was stolen and demanded that I pay another $600 for a new one. I think not.

Always a pleasure to work with this company. Friendly, prompt and vary professional. Been using them for over 10 years. Just recently had regular maintenance done and learned something new about my unit that the salesmen never mentioned.

Aaron was amazing. He checked the thermostats and found that my problem was just in the programming. No repairs needed. Honest gentleman with exceptional customer service. Thank you. You will always get my business.

They sell you a prepaid service contract and they dont bother to call you to set up appointments they send a postcard that looks like junkmail. Then when you set up services they call to reschedule because someone elses air conditioner wasn't working and mine was. So nevermind the fact that i have been waiting around all day for you. Then i tell them tonjust cancel my service and they say ok thanks bye. Great customer service.

Jesse was wonderful. Was here to inspect and do annual maintenance on the ac unit. He was very thorough and explained things to me as he went along. Will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to others.

My old AC was struggling. I thought the problem was going to require a big fix for lots of money. Edgar came out and hooked us up. Quick and inexpensive. I felt like he was honest and knowledgeable about the situation. Thank you! Forecast is 112 for next week! Yikes!

Gibson Air has been around for a long time and has a great reputation. Our real estate property manager uses them frequently.
