From the time Dirk (the owner) arrived to give me a bid until the installers left I felt well cared for, respected and like I was in excellent hands. Dirk, the office staff and the installation team were all excellent.

They installed an new furnace and A/C unit for my elderly neighbor. They were very professional and extremely easy to work with. The estimate was spot on and they even registered all the equipment for the warranty.

Roper's was not the company that installed our heat pump back in 2012. Bryant got rid of that company as an authorized dealer several years ago (thank God). We had a lot of problems with the first company but we have been using Roper's now for the last 4 years and they are AWESOME.
We have a Bryant Evolution Heat Pump and Air Conditioning system with a Air Scrubber Plus (uv-light).
In the past it had been Anthony or Jay here to work. This time we met Darrell. He came in with his mask, gloves and booties and did his work promptly and efficiently. Darrell, just like Anthony and Jay, was friendly, professional and efficient. It is always nice to speak with Jamie in the office as she is always so pleasant and efficient in her job also.
Thanks to Dirk Roper and his wonderful staff!

This is an absolutely wonderful company. We had a recall on our Bryant Heat Pump and the company that originally installed our heat pump is no longer an authorized dealer for Bryant. I went on the website to find someone to handle the recall and I ended up calling Roper's.
Since they were going to be coming out to replace the recalled part, I also wanted them to service the unit. Anthony came out and replaced the recalled part and while servicing the unit discovered that the Air Scrubber UV bulb was burnt out. He said that he would see about ordering the bulb and coming back out to replace it.
The next thing was a call about what the bulb was going to cost. Yowser!! Expensive! Over $400 w/ installation. But I have respiratory issues and we decided to go ahead with replacing the bulb. It was replaced on Thursday and quit working 2 days later on Saturday.
On Monday, I called Roper's to tell them what happened and over the course of 3-4 days there were numerous phone calls (with Dirk, the owner, getting involved) and it was determined that our Air Scrubber unit (5 yrs old) was actually bad. Not a lot of people buy these units and we were concerned with the cost of buying a whole new unit.
Because of us having already purchased a bulb, Dirk was willing to install a new & improved Air Scrubber unit at his cost! We even have a spare bulb, as the bulb that we had purchased will still fit the new unit. He adjusted schedules so that Anthony could have the unit installed while I was away on a long weekend trip. The new unit was up and running for 3 days before I returned home. :-) Now here is a man who knows how to provide customer service!
This was a little over 2 months ago and my sneezing and coughing are at their lowest levels in years. My husband and I could not be happier. Dirk and his employees are the absolute best!!

We moved to a new house and the House Inspector found a return air duct separated from the heating unit. We also bought a "smart thermometer" that needed to be installed. Our heating unit is in the attic. Ropers was recommended to us by a family member. I called and they were willing to come that day but there was a schedule conflict. So we set it up next day in the morning. James showed up on time. He was very polite and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues and he went right to work. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. With regards to the smart thermometer. He connected the Common wire to the heating unit and installed the thermometer. He stayed through the intitial programming to ensure both heating and cooling worked. I found the price for services rendered very fair. Would not hesitate to use them again.

As usual, Roper's service on our air conditioner was very satisfactory. Roper's has been providing our heating and air conditioning service for a number of years, and we have always been happy with their products, technicians, and professionalism. I would recommend Roper's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

My boiler pump went out and Roper's dispatched a technician right away. Darrell was quick to figure the issue out and help me replace the pump.Added bonus was a great conversation with Darrell. Thanks a million!

Jeramiah has once again come to our rescue when went our heater went out during the snow storm last week. He displayed the same level of professionalism when the AC went our during a heat wave a few years ago. I highly recommend Roper's Heating.

Were able to diagnose and repair my rare-type German boiler system and repair it quickly. Manufacturer could not locate a certified technician in Nevada or northern California for that equipment, but Roper's HVAC trouble shot it and repaired it without delay. Part was expensive, but labor was reasonable. No problem since.

Roper's HAC is a valuable business in Carson City. Has superb people working in the office as well as the knowledgeable service techs. I have always been able to rely on this company. KUDOS.
