Steve, Joy and their team of professionals installed an amazing hvac system in our home that we love. Steve understood what we wanted and made it work beautifully. The price and service were the best. We don't get this kind of service much these days, but Hawkins Heating and Air Conditioning delivered big time. Thanks Steve!

Jim, Joy and Steve are wonderful to deal with! Furnace went down yesterday and within an hour of placing the work order through landlord Joy was already calling me to set up a time. Tech arrived a couple hours later. Furnace was not repairable and so a new unit was ordered. I was promised install today and they came through. Jim came out early morning to take out the old unit. Steve arrived shortly after with the new one. Install went smooth. Jim was extremely courteous and cleaned up everything down to the little screws. Communications from all were professional, friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend! Keep up the great work!

Wow, truly amazing all the way around. Joy and Mike took care of my family! After I paid a lot for another local furnace company to attempt to fix my Bryant furnace, I called Hawkins to address the continued shaking and vibrations when the A/C was running. Joy treated me wonderfully from my initial call (first thing in the morning), and Mike came out within 24 hours and promptly diagnosed the issue and installed/balanced a new blower wheel. The furnace is so smooth now. Mike is a master at his job. On top of all that, the pricing was a great value with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Hawkins for all of your HVAC needs.

Called for service to fix broken AC and expected to wait a couple of days, but they found the time and arrived within the hour.
