Roper’s Heating and Air Conditioning

I’ve used Ropers a couple of times now and each time they have been upfront with potential costs, quotes were quick, their techs are very up to date , very well trained knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn’t ask more from these guys. Top notch all the way !

After getting quotes from several HVAC companies, we decided to use Roper's Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customer service was outstanding. They arrived quickly following our request for a quote(they came out during an atmospheric river snow storm). Jamie, was happy to answer any and all of our questions before making a decision. The quote, although not the least expensive, was clear and thorough. We ultimately chose Roper's because they had the best Google reviews, customer satisfaction policy, labor guarantee, money back guarantee, included permit fees and most add-ons for the money. On the day of installation, they arrived on-time, asked permission before making changes to my attic access door and were respectful, courteous and professional. Following the installation, the technicians offered to show us how to use the new Ecobee thermostat. Before leaving, they cleaned up our house, driveway and yard. Overall an excellent experience!

Dirk's team is definitely above the curve. Really appreciated just having the phone be picked up by someone (Vanessa) incredibly friendly, helpful and understood how to note our issue within their system and get it scheduled right then and there, which they did within one business day! She also informed me of their pricing ahead of time so there were zero surprises.

We had some other HVAC pros unrelated to Ropers handle this and unfortunately did not finish the job and didn't want to help any further. We had put in a whole home AprilAire 800 Steam Humidifier system, so we can keep the humidity levels in check throughout the entire year, both for health and wood flooring reasons. Sadly, the techs who installed it initially did not thoroughly troubleshoot or wire up the system correctly and would only work under heat and fan "on" calls, it would not call the hvac directly, nor would it turn off when AC calls were made.

Raul and Brandon, both professional and friendly, came out today, and had it corrected in under (1) hour, and that was both issues!!

The humidifier now works EXACTLY the way it's supposed to.

I called Roper’s when my furnace went out. They said they could send someone out in 2 hours. And Brandon showed up right on time. I explained the situation and he went right to work. Brandon was very knowledgeable and personable. He answerd all the my questions. When he was done the furnace worked perfectly. I highly recommend Roper’s and Brandon if you need any heating or air conditioning services.

Owner and Ops manager runs a tight ship, well oiled machine with super knowledgeable techs, timely response times, and great rates - what more could you want?

Chris our tech was the most knowledgeable tech we’ve ever had out, explained everything in detail and systematically diagnosed our issue and got us out of a huge pickle. No need to shop around anymore will be back next time. Couldn’t ask for better service start to finish.

Two Technicians arrived on time with masks on. They installed our new AC in a professional manor and a timely fashion. They explained how the the system worked and answered all our questions . Love this place. I use them for rentals and my own, personal HVAC. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.

UPDATE: My 21 year old furnace was getting old and creaky and it was time for an upgrade to something more efficient. Naturally I called Roper. They yanked out the old, creaky, rusty bucket I had and A/C unit thingie outside and installed a brand new unit. It contentedly and quietly purrs across the hall as I type this. Techs are polite, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They had all kinds of meters, gauges, and gizmos to make sure everything was working 100%. Always go with Roper.

I had Roper's out to replace my heating unit. The first 2 guys were fine. They said I needed to get an electrician out for the install. (That meant more cold nights and freezing mornings.) But the following day, Trevor E swung by to take a look. Trevor was here that 2nd day for about 45 minutes and was able to find the issue and fix it right then! He has been here multiple times and I am always so happy with his service and demeanor. He is a wonderful and competent employee! Roper's is very lucky to have Trevor!

This was our second experience with Roper's Heating and Air conditioning. We have found their techs to be professional, courteous and absolutely knowledgeable in their field. Their sense of urgency is refreshing - and their "can-do" attitude provides the homeowner with what is needed in any crisis.....peace of mind! Highly recommend.
