Roper’s Heating and Air Conditioning

Definitely 5 stars! I called at 1145am this morning and spoke with Tiffany about my furnace issue - pilot light out and could not be re-lit. Anthony arrived in less than one hour and solved the problem - new thermocouple was the main thing - it's an OLD furnace - I am a happy camper. Thanks for the excellent response and service. Thumbs Up!!

The technician arrived and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Then proceeded to point out other minor repairs to avoid issues later! Plus, they showed up same day! Awesome service.

We have used Fallon H. and AC before and that is why we called them this time when our AC went out early evening.. Alex was here the next day as we agreed. He is polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a learning process for my husband as well as a motor for our very old unit. We can't thank you enough.

Really HVAC maintenance, specifically preventative maintenance on an oil burning furnace. I have used Roper for years. They are reliable and trustworthy.
