Roper’s Heating and Air Conditioning

Great experience with Roper the past few times they’ve come out. Same day turnaround which was pretty nice considering the hoops most other companies make you jump through. Jeremiah was very knowledge and professional. He was able to assess the situation quickly and give us useful information to get our furnace back up and running. I would recommend Roper to anyone looking to get their HVAC worked on.

Raul was on time and dressed professionally. He cleaned my A/C condenser and made sure everything was cooling. He then checked the unit apart inside, explaining during the process. He was fast and efficient. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at Ropers. You are truly amazing.

The service was performed the same day I called. The tech was polite, clean, and identified the issue quickly. He had to replace burned out wiring which he completed in reasonable time. The furnace has been working great since the repair. I felt like I got great service value for the cost!

We have had Roper's to othe our home to provide yearly maintenance twice now. Both technicians (Jim the first service and Jeremiah the second) were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered questions we had. Both spoke highly of the company and appeared to like working there. We have recommended Roper's to our neighbors, and that is how WE found them - through a neighbor's recommendation. You can't go wrong with Roper's!

I've called Roper for help with both heating and AC - when we were freezing and roasting, respectively. They showed up immediately and had my crises solved within 48 hours, both times. Love these guys!

Excellent service and technician. This was the second time that I had Daryl come to my house for a yearly furnace tuneup. He was totally professional and personable. The price was very fair and I will only deal with Daryl and Ropers when it comes to my heating and air conditioning needs. I rarely give five stars, but Ropers and Daryl merit this rating. A+

A/C went out, another service came out and said they couldn't find any problem and I would need all my ductwork replaced. Roper's got me an appointment quickly, and even arrived a few days sooner as they had a cancellation. Jim was very nice, checked everything and identified that the condenser motor needed replaced (and that the other guy had rewired it incorrectly). Jim also found a crack in my furnace motor that must be fixed before fall for safety reasons. Jim explained everything he was checking and doing and made sure we understood instead of blowing us off and trying to push unnecessary repairs. He got us running again that day and we'll be getting their bid soon to fix the safety issue in the furnace.

Roper's techs work on a flat rate, so there is no shady sales pitches for unnecessary repairs. This is an honest, local company and will be my first call and recommendation for any HVAC needs.

Had Ropers install our new furnace, as always the experience was great! Our tecs Jim and Shane were awesome! Went above and beyond to reassure me that everything was perfect and answered all my questions. Also a shout-out to Jamie in the office, she's the best!
