Xtreme Heating and Cooling

I had called two other companies but couldn’t get someone out to look at our AC for two days. I called Xtreme and they had someone here that same day. They were prompt, professional, and did great work. Thank you!

I cannot believe what a simple process this company made our HVAC replacement.

From Aarons initial visit, to Steve & Duane replacing our system, I could not be happier.

Duane’s knowledge, problem solving, and charisma absolutely made this process seamless. No pun intended. Steve’s attention to detail, and over and above efforts were unsurpassed.

I even texted Duane multiple times after our new heater was installed thinking the unit wasn’t working because it is SO QUIET!!! Sure enough our heat is 175% better than before.

Please don’t waste your time with the cheap guys. You get what you pay for here, and then some!

We would recommend this company time & time again! We received multiple quotes to have a new AC & furnace installed & they were by far the best prices we came across. They were also very professional, helpful & kind. We will definitely use them again should we need more work done!

Our air conditioner and furnace went out Friday night and they installed a new system Monday morning! Duane and Nick are Very professional and kept me in the loop the entire time they were working. Will recommend to friends and family and use in the future!

We have used several HVAC contractors for maintenance at rental properties and Xtreme is by far the best.. having a occupied unit with heat or air conditioning not working properly can be a nightmare but we know we can always count on Xtreme to get it working, it’s usually even the same day! I have always had great experiences with everyone at the company and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Very good, honest company. Originally had them out to see if we could get one more season out of our ancient system. They did a great job with a 24 year old system, while being honest it probably wouldn't last very long, but that gave us time to figure out finances to replace the entire heating and cooling system.
I wasnt home today but my wife was. They showed up on time and were very polite. They finished the job in a few hours and by the time I got home the house was nice and cool.
Bottom line is they didn't try to rip us off the first time, and with the new install on their second visit, sold us what we needed without trying to sell us all the extra bells and whistles.
Great company, and from now on our "go to" for any future repairs!

Nick and McKenna serviced our ac system and swapped out a part. Very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely will be using them when in need.

Xtreme Heating and Cooling has been the best company to work with. I contacted Aaron (one of the owners) on 8/3/21 at 3pm and explained our situation. His office contacted me within an hour and set an appointment for the next day at 8am!! This was amazing as Aksarben had a 3 week wait. Speking of Aksarben, they had a technician come over on 8/2/21 to do an inspection/routine maintenance and he came up with multiple "issues" and recommended to replace the whole unit. The Aksarben tech was nice, but it just didn't sit well with me that last year our AC was fine and this year it was needing replaced?!? Our good friends recommended Xtremem and I am VERY HAPPY they did.
Cody came over today (8/4/21) promptly at 8am. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things in a manner I could understand (I really appreciate that as HVAC is not my thing). He explained what the Aksarben tech had found and why it "looked off/wrong".
Cody also explained that Xtreme is a very unique company as they hire "installation techs" that are willing to learn "service tech roles" to be a full service company. He also explained that Xtreme is a wonderful place to work as it a family environment that take care of their techs. This was important to me as I want to do business with companies/people who care, not focus on the bottom dollar!

I would give Xtreme Heating and Cooling a 15/10. I would also give Cody the technician a 15/10 HE ROCKS!!!

I used Xtreme heating and cooling at two homes. First, they helped me fix an old furnace that happened to still be under warranty for a reasonable rate when no one else even thought to check the part for warranty. Then, they installed a new Ac/Heating unit at our new home to help achieve my vision for a basement finish. These guys are honest with no high pressure sales BS, reasonable, and do business the right way.

We got 4 estimates from companies. From the start Aaron and his crew stood out as the best choice!! Great customer service, reliable and live up to their word!
Technicians were a pleasure to have around. If you are not using them you are using the wrong company:)!
