Xtreme Heating and Cooling

What a great all-around experience with Xtreme! We called to have our aging setup looked at to see what could be done about poor airflow and nominal cooling.

Xtreme was the only company out of 4 that returned my call and weren't booked out for months. Nick and McKenna arrived about a week later and looked over everything. Our old unit needed work and was outdated (R22 refrigerant). We had the option to throw money at it or replace everything. They didn't pressure us into either option and gave us several quotes on a new system with good financing options available and rebates.

We decided on a replacement. Duane and Blake did the install. They were very easy to talk to and definitely know their trade well. The whole install took about 7 hours over two days and each visit they were on time and worked quickly with minimal disruptions. From start to finish, we were all set in about two weeks.

Our new system is miles ahead of what we are used to and our two-story home is cooler than ever. We take comfort knowing that Xtreme will be our primary HVAC contact as long as we live in the area.

I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new HVAC system in their home. I was impressed with the work they did and their pricing. The ductwork on my new furnace is beautiful. Crisp, clean, lines and all seams smoothly finished. My new furnace and AC were set perfectly level and square, the line sets were run precisely, and all the wiring and conduit were nearly installed, as well. These guys performed to such high standards that it was as if they were working on their own houses. And that includes the cleanup job they did when they were finished. They left my yard and basement immaculate.

Everyone I worked with at Xtreme was amazing!!! Kristin in the office was responsive and helpful. Nick came out and did the quote, he was informative and even talked to my fiancé to explain everything to him since he was at work. Then Duane and Blake showed up for my appointment (which they were able schedule me within 3 days of my quote) and they were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job installing our new A/C unit. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their whole team - GREAT JOB!!! :)

Aaron and his team not only offered me an excellent price (way below others for the same AC unit) for my new AC and mini split, but have been providing me an unmatched customer service experience (for a few years now), through installations, maintenance and every day questions that I have from time to time. These guys know what they do and always come with a smile. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone reading this review.

I was in need of a new HVAC system and was referred to Xtreme by a family friend. I found the price that they were asking to be a whole lot more affordable than all of the other companies that I had been looking at. They were very professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. From the initial phone call to the quick and efficient installation performed by Duane and Steve. The city inspector just got done looking over the unit and said that everything is done fantastically. Definitely a five star company, service and experience.

We have went through Xtreme for maintenance of our furnace for several years and finally our 30 yo furnace hit it's limit. They had financing available for a new furnace and installed the very next morning. Excellent craftsmanship, I am very pleased with their whole team!

Tim and Steve did a great job installing both units efficiently. I was surprised it could all get done in not even a full day. They were friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Xtreme heating and cooling just installed our new ac and furnace. They had wonderful customer service through the entire process from on the phone to the guys who were in our home. They did a great job cleaning everything up and took care of our home. The amount quoted was exactly the cost no hidden fees are agendas. We would absolutely recommend them to others.
