Xtreme Heating and Cooling

TLDR: Awesome, prompt, responsive service at reasonable prices.

Our A/C went out at the beginning of summer, so I gave Xtreme a call. They got me in for a service call within a couple of days. The tech, Holland, did her best, but our system was shot (12 yo heat pump).

Was supposed to get a call from Aaron (A/C IT wizard, partner) the next day, but Xtreme had just moved offices and he was swamped. So Jerry (the owner) called me that evening and offered to come out and give me an estimate the next day, a Saturday.

Jerry came, he looked, and I had an estimate for four new A/C options the next day (I don't think these guys ever sleep). I picked the medium-good option, and they scheduled the install for Monday

Cody and Nick were the techs that did the install. Good guys; they put down tarps to protect my floors, explained what they were doing when I wanted to know, and were friendly to my dogs. They got the system mostly installed the first day, then came back the next morning to install new thermostats and a high-pressure bypass.

Xtreme is a great company, and I'll definitely be calling them back for service and future HVAC needs.

Jordan did our fall maintenance and he was very professional, friendly and thorough. We love working with Xtreme and Jordan is a great addition.

From the very first appointment to check my furnace to the installation everything was great and the workers were amazing nick was amazing and very truthful when showing me how to clean the furnace.... Aaron the manager was amazing also from showing prices to being up front with everything that needed to be done!!!! I definitely recommend xtreme heating and cooling to anyone that is looking to replace a furnace and or a ac unit or even just getting a diagnostic on any of the units ask for nick to install he’s the best!!!!!!

Sometime during the night of the 4th of July into the 5th our A/C system went out. I called the morning of the 5th expecting to wait a week for a tech to come out but to my surprise they were able to make it out that day. Nick Miller was a professional that did a great job of completely going through my AC and making some fan speed adjustments to make it optimal for our house. Thanks Xtreme Hvac

Furnace broke last week on the coldest day of the year. Called in the morning and was notified they’d get to me by the evening. To my surprise I received a call a few hours later that they were on their way. Blower was repaired quickly and professionally. Despite Xtreme having at least 39 calls that morning and trucks that wouldn’t start in the cold they delivered great service. We’ve used Xtreme in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

All around great company and customer service. I had a mini split installed for my 2nd level and so happy with the outcome. From sales to installing, every person was nice to to work with and explained best options and answered questions I had. They also are upfront on recommendations wirh no pressure to upsell. Install was timely, clean and the guys kept me updated with progress.

I was very impressed with Xtreme Heating and Cooling. From the first impression of meeting with Aaron and discussing our needs for a new Lennox furnace all the way to the installation completion day (just a few days later), I thought the process, price, people and installation were all fantastic. Great job! Very happy.

Cody has been out twice to work on our furnace! He is awesome! He explained every step and gave tips on how to keep things running smooth! I highly recommend XTreme Heating and Cooling and Cody!

The "A-Team" from Xtreme are competent, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The HVAC system they installed was done on time and works great. From start to finish they delivered... competitive bid, great advice, outstanding craftsmanship, and they left no trace of their visit...other than a high efficiency HVAC system. Thanks!!

I called and they were out later that afternoon and Cody the tech did a great job getting the air conditioning unit up and running great very fast and efficiently. I will definitely be using extreme heating and cooling for the future.
