Xtreme Heating and Cooling

Xtreme Heating & Cooling installed new AC in our house, it stops working in less than 5 years. Their technician came out and diagnosis that evaporator coil is leaking. It is still under Lennox warranty. We pay $210 diagnosis fee and he promised the office will call back to setup replacement. After 2 days no call, we called the office repeatedly, NOBODY answers the phone for several days. Finally, we get hold of them, but they refuse to do warranty work, very rude! This is the WORST experience.

The response from this business is not true. We did not signup Xtreme to do routine maintenance for us, But we keep up with the good maintenance, vast majority of our AC units are 15+ years old and still running strong.

We never ask Xtreme to do warranty work for free. What we complain is that they ignore us, then try to cover up, even worse, walk away with ductwork half open (picture). We keep cell phone record to show how many times we called Xtreme, but no answer.

After dealing with a/c issues earlier this spring, I was referred to Xtreme. I called and they were at our house within a few hours. The technician was professional, polite, and finished the job in a timely manner. Last week we were having issues with our furnace. I called Monday morning and the same tech was at our house within an hour. We decided on replacing our 20 year old furnace with a newer furnace. The supervisor Aaron came out the same day to give us a bid. He was also professional and reasonable. Aaron offered to get the job done the very next day. Due to prior commitments, we scheduled for Friday instead. The installers were at our house Friday morning and finished the job by lunchtime! They were friendly and very informative and I didn’t have to clean up after them one bit! I don’t typically leave reviews but I believe this business deserves the recognition! They are always prompt and thorough! Thanks to all of you for taking care of us this year!

This company has been our go-to for HVAC for some time. They've been helping us nurse along with an old system for a bunch of years.

This year we decided to bite the bullet and put in a whole new system (AC and furnace). Aaron laid out several affordable options for us to choose from. We picked the one that best suited our needs, and we were on the install schedule FAST!

They even "lent" us some coolant until they could install the new system.

Duane and his coworker (Tim I think, sorry if I'm remembering that wrong) installed the whole system in one day. I swear they actually left the furnace room cleaner than when they found it.

They walked us quickly through the basics of the new thermostat.

They even handled the paperwork for rebates from the Local 3 and OPPD that will save us money on the whole project.

Can't recommend any company higher. These folks are great.

We had a wonderful experience with Xtreme! Our air conditioner when out and we ended up having to replace our whole heating and cooling system. Xtreme gave us a great price and was able to fit us in quickly. Duane and Nick were great! They were very friendly and explained everything once the work was complete. We would definitely recommend using this company.

Aaron and Cody are seriously amazing! We have had so many issues with our heating and cooling, leaking, wiring, and everything else. They were extremely knowledgeable and after several companies not being able to fix our problems, it was seriously such a relief to have people come in, and fix the issues. Aaron basically knew right away what needed to be done and looked into affordable solutions for us. Cody then came and did everything in a professional and timely manner. Also, both Aaron and Cody were extremely nice. Great customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Xtreme heating and cooling installed my new furnace and I am absolutely happy with how it turned out. Since day one of working with them, from getting estimates for a new furnace and/or an A/C unit to the instillation was a great experience. Aaron (the VP) was my point of contact to get estimates for both installs and ended up moving forward with the furnace and then will be doing my A/C unit in the spring this next year. Duane and Nick were the guys that installed my unit, they were very professional, and explained completely what was going on with the furnace install. They also explained what they changed in the routing in the ducting so it's more efficient and is running more smoothly. Anytime I have the opportunity to give a recommendation about a heating and cooling, THEY ARE IT! Thank you for making me feel comfortable with the whole process!

Nick was Amazing. I had other companies come to my home non of them advised me of the issue that Xtreme Heating and Cooling provided they all only wanted to sell a new unit. Nick diagnosed problem , resolved my concern and I am in a very cool house with the same unit. Intrigrity is everything for me. They have a new customer and I was extremly pleased with Nick and the receptionist that took call was very kind , respectful and couteous. If you are in need of service they are the pne to call.

We had a new hvac installed and I can't tell you how impressed we were with how friendly everybody was, how fast they were able to install and all of the troubleshooting they did on top of everything else. The guys were so great at explaining everything and just so personable. I would and have recommend them to anybody. Thank you again!!!

Mike was great to work with! He was very professional and explained eveything. He had my AC unit back in good working order quickly. Very thankful especially on this hot and humid summer day. ☀️

This summer during one of the worst heat waves we have had in recent memory, my 26 year old AC decided to start failing. We were already due for a new furnace, so we decided to get both an AC and furnace installed at the same time. I contacted my cousin who now lives in Colorado, and owns his own HVAC company. He has over a decade's worth of experience in the Omaha HVAC industry, and is familiar with nearly every HVAC company in Omaha. He said that without a doubt, go with Xtreme Heating and Cooling. High quality, high value, and high professionalism. I followed his advice, and needless to say, was not disappointed.

Aaron Johnson came out on a moment's notice to do an inspection and give an estimate. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and able to walk me through what is ordinarily an intimidating process for homeowners. I was able to get a high efficiency two-stage furnace and air conditioner, for thousands less than other competitors had quoted me. Duane and his crew did the installation, which occurred only a few days after I first made the call to get a quote. They were fantastic, extremely professional and provided a high quality end result.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, I had such a great experience using Xtreme that I felt compelled to do so in this situation. 10/10 could not recommend enough.
