Xtreme Heating and Cooling

I had my furnace get tagged ack in 2015 because of a leak. I called around and got 3 estimates and was trying to decide on a company. I was at church and one of the other members told me about Xrreme heating and cooling and I should check them out. I talked to them and not only did they come in at the lowest bid but with the rebates it was even less. The came out and it was one of the coldest days that February. They pulled the old furnace out and got the majority of the new one in that day. They then came back the following day to finish up and install the air conditioner. The furnace worked great! The following spring they did an air-conditioning check and made sure all was good. All.included in the initial price. The following fall I could notnget my furnace to kick I on. Jerry came out and after an hour or so he finally found the problem. A spider had decided to build a web in my igniter. That is what it would not start. A safety feature. Again no charge to get it fixed. I have been having them out 2 times a year to maintain and check since. They are always able to schedule around my availability! All the technicians are very nice and polite. Will continue to fefer them whenever asked for someone. They are also a local company. And both the owners are out in the field working along side their employees! Great service!

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank first of all Aaron Johnson vice president of extreme heating and cooling for his expertise and educating me on cooling systems for residential dwellings. His advice on the type And brand of cooling system to install was valuable. I’d like to extend my thanks to the crew Tim/Blake who did an outstanding Job of installing a new unit, Acoil, and supply lines along with replacing a crucial part of the ductwork. They were both professional ,efficient ,and cleaned up the job site to my complete satisfaction.

My AC unit is a bit old. It stopped working a day ago, right in the middle of a late season heat wave. I called another service who sent a tech out same day - this tech told me the entire unit needed to be replaced. Bad compressor, shot capacitor, all sorts of HVAC lingo of which I understood little. All things pointed to repair costs which would have been enough to purchase a new unit. Also, according to this guy my furnace was apparently a danger to my family... oof. So they send out a guy to size up the install and deliver their bid, but I wanted a second opinion and contacted Xtreme.

They got back to me first thing in the (sweaty) morning and sent out a tech same day. Mike showed up, as friendly as can be, and went to work on diagnosing the issue. I didn't tell him about the previous tech because I wanted to see what his opinion was. I had an extra capacitor for the unit, which I already installed, but was afraid to turn it on because of all the things the previous tech said (like serious doomsday stuff.) Mike started to go to work and said, "everything looks okay but it's running at high pressure and is pretty hot - let's clean it out." He removed the fan, hosed out the filters from the inside out (didn't know you could do this!) and ran his diagnostics again. From there, everything was normal. Coolant looked good - the previous tech said it was out - compressor looked good, pressure back to normal; all things checked out. He said the high heat from the lack of airflow and increased pressure probably cooked the capacitor and it popped. And that was IT! My house is cooling down great - really, seems to be much more efficient than before - and it didn't cost me 10k. He didn't have time to check out the furnace, but did a quick eyeball exam and said it looks okay to him, but probably should be serviced and cleaned - I told him I'd definitely call them before I have to turn it on later this year.

I'll be going through Xtreme for now on for all HVAC service calls. If and when it's time for a new unit, I'm going with these guys because they focused on helping not selling.

We have had so many issues with out air the last few years and over and over again has the same company come and charge us a bunch for jobs that didn't seem to fix the problem. We called Xtreme today (Saturday) and they got to our house quickly and solved our problem within minutes!!! Aaron was so incredibly nice and efficient! I will be recommending them to everyone from here on out!!

Great business, they do good clean work! Ive been in the HVAC business before and am super picky as I like installs done with perfection and not slop. They met my standards and got my system in exactly when they said they would. They tell you straight and dont try to sell you more than you need! I highly recommend!

We had been living on borrowed time with an old furnace and air conditioner. When we finally decided to replace them, we researched numerous options and decided we were most comfortable with the proposal from Xtreme Heating and Cooling. This is a significant home investment, so we wanted to be sure it was done right. We considered several traditional HVAC systems, but chose Heat Pump technology. This decision was reached after research and dialog with Xtreme. They were very helpful explaining the advantages. By the way, this option wasn’t the most expensive, but it was the system they felt was the best fit for our needs. It met our expectations for performance, efficiency and value. The installation process was also smooth. Our new system was installed during the pandemic and the pros from Xtreme wore masks and were respectful of social distancing practices. When the installation was complete, they walked us through orientation and signed us up for several rebate programs. From our first consultation, through the final installation, we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

My husband and I was absolutely thrilled with the work from Scott and Dane and the rest of the crew! You really can’t find anyone else that is as kind, hardworking and amazing as these guys are!! We have already been recommending them to others we know that will be needing their services in the very near future. Thanks so much guys! You all are the greatest!

I would recommend Xtreme to anyone. They replaced my 20 year old system with an entire new system.They were very polite and professional, but most importantly they did an exceptional job! Thanks to them my growing family doesn't have to worry if our heat will go out.

Xtreme has always stood behind their work. Mike was at our house today working on the AC and worked for hours without a break... he even turned down the offer of a grilled cheese and ham sandwich!
