D&K always takes AMAZING care of us (and all our family/friends that use them)!!! They are efficient and trustworthy. Locally owned family run business. They are the only company I trust to send to my single lady friends!!!!

We have used D&K several times for our business and our personal needs. They are always responsive and work hard to make sure everything is handled as quickly, efficiently, and professionally as possible. I can't recommend these folks enough!

Called on 4/11 for a problem with our AC they came out the next day. The appointment was for 1:45 they called and asked if it was convenient to come a little early. Tyler arrived within 15 mins of call and was pleasant and professional. He Located the problem and fixed it, and took care of some general maintenance. Explained the problem and what we might expect in the future and the costs involved. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. This is not the first time we have called on them, and it won’t be the last if we have any problems in the future.

Every time I deal with D&K, from my initial call to schedule through the service technicians, they are EXCELLENT! Jeff was my service tech this morning, and was fantastic from start to finish. I have been using this company since 2011! Anytime anything goes wrong with my HVAC system or anything, I just call them and they NEVER disappoint. The service is so amazing. I will never trust another heating and air company more than I trust this one. Absolutely amazing.

I switched to D & K a couple years ago and I wish I had switched sooner! I signed up for a maintenance contract and they have been very easy to work with to get scheduled and the work is far more thorough than my previous company. They don't try to sell me stuff, my tech answers all my questions, gives common sense advice and values my time. I had an AC issue during a really hot week and they moved things around to get someone out fairly quickly. They gave me several options and the different costs so I felt confident about my choice. I have had the same technician each time which is great. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with are experience using D&K. Joe was our sales rep who helped us pick out our unit. Was clear, honest, and explained things well. Could text him directly with any questions we had. The installation crew did a great job every thing looks and works great. Their office staff are always helpful with scheduling and answering questions. They had to come a few different times as we had whole new HVAC put in in the middle of winter. Every technician that has come out has been knowledgeable and personable. Prices were fair and slightly lower then a few other companies we looked at. Plan to continue to use them for years to come and would recommend them to friends and family.

I called 4 places after hours on Fathers Day. It’s a big ask, I get it. After being gone all day, we came home to an 85 degree house. I had pre-purchased “emergency service plans” at 2 different area companies. Neither would or could help, and one was flat out rude. I moved on and eventually called D&K as a last effort. Amazing response, amazing service! Briar came out and fixed the issue that other companies couldn’t figure out. He was kind and helpful. We will call them every time! They’ve won my business! Well done.

Just want to say D&K is fantastic. Super fair pricing, honest, they show up when promised. I work for a service company so I know what quality is. Was able to get my air conditioner working 10x better than it was before. Very happy with them and would recommend to any friends and family!
