Excellent , professional and friendly service every time. No heat on our coldest day so far and STEVE came out within hours of my call and fixed it within minutes. So grateful he was available as know they’re probably getting busy now. Highly recommend them!

Steve and all of Air Care's employees are wonderful! They have always provided excellent care and quality services for many of our rental properties that we manage! Their Comfort Club plan is also affordable and helps to maintain both the ac and furnace every year and helps to stay on top of any possible issues. Their techs are also very knowledgable, professional and personable and their prices are more than fair! The office staff, Jessica & Rhonda are also really nice, helpful and very efficient!

I had Chris come out to check out our furnace after another local company recommended replacement. Chris looked over the system and determined that the system was still in good running order and he didn't recommend replacing the system. His honesty will make me call them in the spring to do a check of our air conditioner as well. I highly recommend Air Care Heating & Air.

Chris came to do spring maintenance on our Heat Pump/AC and our Ductless AC. He was polite and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and intelligent. He checked out our ACs thoroughly and replaced a capacitor that was starting to go bad. I am glad a friend of mine talked me into trying them when I was looking for a service. I would also recommend them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable and their technicians are knowledgeable.

Called Air Care on Monday morning they were booked up till Tuesday between 4 and 6. Much to my surprise Trent called promptly at 4 and said he was on his way and would be 15 minutes. I know amazing right!! Trent shoes up in 10 minutes. I’m absolutely impressed with how being treated like a person not just another job number has made me feel. Trent got right to business diagnosing and finding the issue with my a/c system. Trent was very honest and upfront with what is needed to be done to fix the problem. I will be recommending and using Air Care and Trent to anyone and everyone!!
