Service was prompt, and Jason, the technician, was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was doing and steps that can be taken to make out system last longer. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I was having issues with my ac unit turning on, called that morning and they was able to get me in that same day. Steven even showed up earlier than expected, he was professional, polite and answered any questions o had and even gave me a few tips for next time. They are reasonably priced compared to other companies.

We were very impressed with Josh. He cleaned everything explained what needed to be replaced and give gave us our options. He let us know the cost of Freon how many pounds we would need and also the amount to replace the current air conditioning unit if that’s the route that we chose to go. He was very thorough in his inspection, and very clear to tell us about our options and let us make our final decision. He was very clean in the house, and put on foot coverings. Because of his information and the way he handles everything we will be purchasing a new air conditioner from this company.

I’ve been very happy with Air Care and the way they have treated my rental and my new home. They don’t try to upsell, but they definitely let me know the pros and cons of putting off a repair. It’s usually the same person that picks up when I call too, so they know me.

We called in the morning because our heat stopped working. With a snow storm rolling in we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. They sent someone out right away. Ben was friendly, on-time and very thorough in making sure everything was back up and running. Very happy with this service and we ended up signing up for their comfort club because it's just a good deal. Very happy with the service we received.
