Steve was very thorough in verifying a condensation/water collection issue in the furnace cabinet. He validated all drain lines were clear and took the time to answer questions.

I had been referred to D & K by multiple friends and they lived up to all the hype! As busy as they were, Jason made sure to take care of us. This is not an ideal time to lose your AC and it was less than 18 hours we were without our AC. Thank you to Jason and D&K for honestly saving our family from dangerous temps. I can’t imagine any other company is responding this quickly. Thank you!

Steve was great to work with and very professional. The repairs went seamlessly. The only complaint would be the cost verse material cost, and time spent fixing the issue.

I’ve use Air Care for a few years now & they have replaced ACs & furnaces for me. Yesterday my rooftop AC fan went out on my condo. I called in the morning & they had me fixed up by dinner at a fair price. No surprises ever.

Chris did a great job getting my humidifier running again in our furnace.
He explained what the problem was, and how to keep it from happening, going forward, as well as general information of how to use the humidifier properly.

Chris was amazing and got out to look at our air conditioner on a Friday night. He and the company were all professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

Chris is a good dude. Got here quick for a non-cooling situation, replaced a failed part, had me up and running, and gave me instructions to maintain the best performance out of my system in less than an hour. No hot wife here!

Life savers. I called at 4:30 pm and Air Care was able to get somebody out the same day on one of the hottest days of the year! Both AC units went out within a 24 hour span for different reasons. Steve came out, identified the problem(s), and fixed both units.

Jason was awesome! Explained everything in detail and went over recommended repairs and which should take precedence. Jason also went over how things work and what to watch out for.
