I appreciated Steve and Josh. I found them knowledgeable, informative and willing to do a couple extra small things which I very much appreciated. Unlike one of the other larger companies they gave us their best deal right off. Very pleased.

Steve was awesome! He came on time, did the job quickly and professionally at an affordable price. He also gave us tips on how to avoid future issues. We definitely found our go-to Heating and Air company!

I called about 8:00 this morning expecting days before they could get to us it was 6:09 this evening he showed up. 1/2 he up and running yay! Very personable man, soft spoken, knew his stuff! Will keep his card and call him for anything else we might encounter.

The Goodman furnace model that I had required the replacement of a recalled part. After I received the parts, Air Care was able to come out and do the replacement of the recalled parts promptly. I would trust them to do any work that needed to be done on my HVAC system.

Chris did a great job.
Also very personable & friendly.
Asked him about caulking around hose that enters the house. Breaking away.
He took care of it with some spray foam.

I had a new water heater installed last week by Draven. They arrived within the time line given to me. They were professional and worked efficiently to get the old one removed and new one in place. I was very satisfied with the work performed. I know I can always depend on Air Care for great service!

Both Jason and his intern were courteous, efficient, and thoroughly explained all services they performed as well as giving a detailed explanation of the charges. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Ben did a great job. He cleaned the A/C system and got it working again for the summer. Very professional and he was actually early.
