Chance was right on time. He diagnosed the leaking under the sink and not only repaired the obvious, but also replaced the sink baskets which were beginning to corrode. He is a very nice, personable professional and it was fun talking with him. He was very kind to my parents who are both seniors.

Brown was the only company out of 4 places I called that could help me the day of a septic back up emergency. The Plummer was very knowledgeable and showed explained his reasoning at the site, so I could understand what he found. They also helped find someone to pump my tank that day to help aid in keeping my system working.

Matt came out and found the immediate issue and got it taken care of. He gave me a heads up to do a bit of investigation work on my DW and if needed he would come back to take care of that too. Great service. I will use them again!

Ryan rearranged schedules to get a plumber to us since we had leaks in our old plumbing and had no water. He sent Chance and Jaren and they replaced our entire plumbing system. They had us up and running and did a great job.

I had a minor leak in our water line that came into the house through the mechanical room. Brown plumbing came the next day and coordinated with the City of Billings to shut off the water and repair the leak. They were in and out in just a few hours.

I needed a couple plumbing issues fixed for our house we are selling. They were quick to schedule me, and made the repairs efficiently. Very reasonable on cost as well.
