As an actual plumber, (this is a wholesale plumbing establishment) I find the customer service excellent. If your not a plumber and have a question about the quality and integrity of the staff, your better served at home depot. Northwest Pipe- as with any other plumbing wholesaler is doing you a great service just by letting you shop without an account. While the employees might be a little rough around the edges, your not their customer, we are. You are a homeowner they tolerate.

Called here to get a price on some pipe for a job the company that I work for was doing, The receptionist was wonderful but the salesmen I talked to was COMPLETELY rude and inconsiderate. Not only did he hang up on me after he gave me the price but didn't do anything but say a price and would not even attempt to answer any of the questions I had. Needless to say I nor the company I work for will continue to do business with this establishment, and I will do my best to make sure that it is avoided like the plague!
