We worked with Brandon on unclogging our main drain line at my mom's house, They were able to help me on the same day I called. The scheduler (sorry I have forgotten her name) was very nice and professional, After Brandon had found out where and what the clog was he was able to get it handled right away, he was very informative and professional. I would use them again for all my plumbing needs in Billings!

We had a great experience from the point of calling to set up the appointment. The receptionist was great at answering questions and being able to relieve any anxiety on the issue that we had.

Chance who was our plumber was awesome at explaining everything and making sure we got everything taken care of. He was very professional, easy to work with and very proficient.

Friendly, professional service. Technician went out of his way to trouble shoot starting with the least invasive process and moved forward, until it was obvious that the unit needed replaced. Waited for the faucet as it was on the way. Had it installed in no time at all. Exceptional service from start to finish. Will definitely call anytime there is an issue.

Brown might be a little more per hour, but they get more done, quicker...
The guy that came to my house was very friendly and professional. He was able to take care of my plumbing needs quickly! The finished job was clean and looked good too! I would definitely recommend Brown to my family & friends!

Pro's: quick, timely and professional repair, price was not outrageous, very thorough, very friendly. Pretty much everything was awesome! The only thing that wasn't that great was the scheduling. My sewer pipe had minor leaks at first and then it got real bad. I called to see if I could get it scheduled right away and the soonest they had was about 2 weeks out. But that just means they're super busy, which in turn means they are awesome!

Another plumbing service failed to show or call during their 4 hour service window. Brown plumbing and heating, however showed up on time and did excellent work for us. I appreciate their professionalism as well. They also provided me their rate-per-hour up front to prevent surprises.

My experience with brown plumbing and heating was one of the best I have had in awhile. It was easy to make my appointment and they were on time. It took no time at all and my problem was fixed and he was on his way . I was very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Called Friday to get an estimate on installing a water line to our new fridge. Don was here at 9:00 am Saturday morning!!! Gave us a very reasonable estimate. We approved it and he started working that moment!!😀 He had a water line installed before noon! Amazing guy and knew his stuff. I would not hesitate to have him in my home again.
