Fourth place I called - 2 were booked out at least 2 weeks, third took all my info and then never called back. Browns answered right away ( I called on a Friday morning) and scheduled us for Monday. Then just a few minutes later they called and had someone on the way that Friday. Replaced the leaky valves and pipes - friendly and prompt. I will wait to add a star to see how it holds up, but right now I am quite pleased. A bit spendy - but everything is these days.

Brown Plumbing was the best! Everyone was professional, friendly and did great work. Josh went above and beyond and the job came in at a better than expected price! We are very pleased and grateful to have an abundance of hot water for years to come. Thank you!

They came out to fix gas leaks in our home, and did a great job. The tech Chance was great, very friendly, communicated at every step of the process, and was very informative. The owners were great to deal with as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very satisfied with work done on my water heater. My issue is i feel i was taken advantage of being a older female. I ended paying $ 526.60 for three hours of work when at one point the individual was in his work van for at least 45 mins. I asked for a quote and was told parts $61.60 and labor $155.00 per the first hour then there after will be charged in increments of 15 mins. The individual was here from 9:30-12:00. Yes i did sign the statement for payment and i did pay the $526.60 no problem. I just feel i was taken advantage of.😩. I just appreciate honest and reasonable individuals when hired to do a job.

Brown Plumbing and Heating provided various options some major plumbing and sewer line issues we had in our 1940's home. With their detailed estimates we were able to prioritize the needs of our system, replacing some damaged pipes under our foundation and adding a clean-out line to our outside sewer line. The whole team of workers were courteous, respectful, and proficient at dust and debris mitigation in their excavation and restoration. We have every confidence in their work, and would call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Never got our job scheduled as stated they would by and employee. Took over a week and 3-5 calls to get someone out to bid the job. No call back to get us scheduled was highly unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Both gentleman were very courteous. Explained everything perfectly what needed to be done and highly recommend to others that they use this service. They did a great job and was reasonable. Will use their service again in the future.

I called these guys and set up an appointment to have a water softener and ro system estimated and hopefully installed. Ryan showed up on time Monday March 22 and was very professional and polite. We talked things over and he told me he would get back to me by Friday the 26th. Friday came and no phone call. Monday and Tuesday came around and still no phone call. Called Ryan on Wednesday the 31st. He was apologetic and told me he would get back to me by the end of day. That call never came. I'm assuming by the prices he was giving me that this job would cost over $3,000. So now I am left wondering why he never got back to me. Did he not want to do the job or is he just very absent minded. I'll never know, but in my opinion it is not good business practice. According to his card he left me, Ryan is also an owner of the business.

They replumbed my whole house in 1 day. The techs were friendly, professional and great with my dogs. First time I’ve used them but certainly not the last!

Whenever I have a plumbing issue I call Brown. They answer their phone. They schedule you. They show up and fix it. sometimes they even show up early. Then provide a warranty. No complaints here!!
