Excellent service, we have maintenance service contracts for our businesses and personal homes. Norpac has always been very fast to respond to any of our requests. There service has proven to be reliable, accurate and timely. We have also requested fabricated products and have always been provided a quality finish product at a reasonable price. Thy have been a pleasure to work with.

I had them demo our old furnace and a/c unit and put in a new furnace and a/c unit. They did a great job everything works great, left me all the manuals, cleaned up after themselves...I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC job. Great people to work with. Always on top of things and get tasks completed quickly all the while communicating with you to let you know what is being done and when. Very professional company.

As someone who has to test and verify the installations of HVAC companies, I can easily say NorPac is one of the best you will find. They consistently perform great, quality installs and if ever I do find anything wrong, they are quick to make it right.

NorPac installed a Reznor make up air unit at my business and it never worked. Had multiple companies come look at it after Norpac installed the unit and it was all done incorrectly. At the end of the day, due to the incorrect wiring that NorPac had done, the unit burned up. So here we are with a $15,000 unit that is burned up and just scrap metal within 6 months. Dont use these guys and find yourself a contractor that is going to install something that works.

We have used these folks twice for small(ish) pieces of sheet metal. This last time, we asked for very specific measurements. They completed the project within hours and it was perfect and reasonably priced.
