Nick, Ashley, and Matt are superb. I needed a new furnace blower (during the hot weather). They sent Matt and he assessed the situation and Ashley kept me posted and sent Matt out again ASAP. I am so grateful for great customer service. A+++++

I was referred to Nick by the Trane Corporation after I asked them for technical support. I have a Trane mini-split in a house in Mexico and was having difficulty getting my local installer to resolve a problem I was having with it. During a phone call to Nick I received excellent advice on how to resolve the issue. Nick was generous with his time and very specific with his advice. My local installer now has a plan of attack, based on Nick's advice, for solving the problem. Nick went out of his way to help me and I am very grateful.

Nick and his crew put two new HVAC systems in our house over the last couple of years replacing existing systems. They were always very efficient and neat during the process. Since the time of installation, Matt has also maintained both systems on a regular basis and been conscientious and thorough in his work. I would recommend Dolinic for any future HVAC work.

Totally unimpressed with this company sent out by our home warranty company. We know our A/C is old, it's clearly working overtime, and I would not be surprised if it breaks any day now. So we tried to be proactive. This technician comes out, says there's really not anything he can do to make it perform better, and that the problem is that someone cleaned the condenser with "too high water pressure" and so it's not moving air because the fins are bent (which was not us - we just bought the house) and the home warranty probably won't cover replacement. And then just walked away! My husband had to chase him to his truck to find out what we are supposed to do about it. I guess if I need to replace it out of pocket Nick Dolinic is not interested in our business.

Edit: I just looked up the serial number of this condenser and it's 17 years old. A few fins are bent but it's 17 years of wear and tear not "all of them crushed". We have now been waiting 4 days in 90+ degree weather with malfunctioning A/C for them to give a report to the home warranty company.

Absolutely amazing service from the whole team. Our whole AC system was completely replaced without any issues. Nick explained the whole process prior to job start date and ensured that we were comfortable during the installation.

I cannot say enough about this company! My AC went out on a day that was going to be over 90 degrees and I had a 1 month old at home. I'm sure they had plenty on their plates alread, but came out the same day to look at it. They didn't stop there. They found and replaced the part SAME DAY!! It was a Friday and I'm sure there tech had to stay over for us. Thank you so much! 100% recommend.

Nick Dolinick installed my home's furnace, central air conditioner, and water heater in December, 2016. My wife & I have been quite satisfied with the reliability and performance of this equipment.
