Dolinic Heating and Cooling is a great company! I highly recommend them. They responded very quickly and were thorough with their work, explained what needed to be done and offered a very reasonable rate to fix my ac problem. I also got to have Nick Dolinic himself come out to my home. He's very professional and courteous. And their receptionist, Nikki is very kind. Using Dolinic Heating and Cooling was a great experience.

His response time is very fast, and he has been more than helpful with any, and all, situations that arise here on property. Very professional. Nick the owner is great and his team was just as friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. They installed a new furnace, humdifier and AC unit and with in minutes the temperature was constant through the whole house. Great people in this company.

Our furnace went out overnight and we put in a service request through our home warranty company, which has been hit or miss, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We are SO lucky to have gotten hooked up with Nick Dolinic HVAC!! They called first thing in the AM, had someone come out before noon, and gave us a diagnosis — we needed a part that would have to be ordered and could take a day or two. The technician, Chuck, asked about space heaters, and we had a tiny one to manage our whole house :/ we didn’t know it until afterward, but he sat and called all over to find the part for us, seeing that we had a 3 year old to try to keep warm! He was able to get the part and install it by 2:30!! We have our heat back which is a turnaround of less than 12 hours!! So impressed at the effort and care they took to get us warm again :)

Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling has been servicing my AC and furnace for over 9 years. Nick knows his business and cares about his customers. When my furnace went out 9 years ago, our home warranty company wanted a “band aid fix” that would have endangered my family. Nick fought with them until they agreed to replace the unit. We replaced our AC at the same time, and Dolinic HVAC has been our preventative maintenance service company twice yearly ever since. Pick Nick, he’ll be there quick!

We wanted to let other know how much we appreciate and trust Nick and his team. We started to use Nick and his team 2 years ago when we bought a fixer upper. Nick met with us and explained the options we had to upgrade our system. He listened to our needs and wants and reconsidered his suggestions altering them to meet our needs. We went with Nick and his team and have been extremely happy since. We have our summer and winter preventative maitinence done annually and that keeps our warranty in full effect. We had an issue with our AC this last summer and it turned out it was a faulty Trane part. Nick and his team came out to investigate and resolve the problem very quickly. It didn't cost us anything because it was under warranty.

We liked how professional Nick and his team are when they come for service calls. We calledNick when we needed an additional system serviced and/or possibly replaced. We chose to have them back to replace this secondary unit at our house. When Nick came out, he again listened to our wants and needs and offered solutions. We voiced our concerns and he tailored a package to meet our needs.
The previous homeowner had installed a furnace in the garage, when it crapped out last winter, we again asked Nick to give us a bid. he gave us a very reasonable bid and we chose to go ahead and do it, as I like to work in the garage often.
Nicks employees and office staff are very professional and curteous. They give precise quotes and we've never been asked to pay more than quoted. Nick even worked on a payment plan for us to pay for the various systems/repairs each and every time.
Nick bends over backwards to do what is right. Thank you very much for all you have done to help our family be comfortable and our house more of a home.

Nick, his crew, and his office staff are all responsive, efficient, and professional. We were given a reasonable price, and the crew worked around our schedule, since we had subfloors being replaced at the same time as replacing the HVAC. I am very happy I chose Dolinic.

When an upstairs wall unit air conditioner needed replaced, the first person I called was Nick because he replaced a wall unit in the downstairs for me four years ago. The unit has operated without any issues for the past four years. Nick is reliable and professional. I highly recommend him for any heating and cooling needs!
