I found Nick's business probably 5 years ago at least now, and they have been my go-to choice for HVAC work ever since. Their pricing is the best I have been able to find, their technicians are great, they rep quality equipment, and always do a great job. I have a home with 2 HVAC systems and a commercial building that I am improving and have purchased a new furnace and new AC for home, new AC for the commercial building, and new heat pump for the space we are improving. I bought a dual HVAC system 2 years ago and am very happy with it. Last month, Nick came out and created a custom sheet metal converter box for my new kitchen downdraft unit to make it fit into the existing space. He did a great job and it works perfectly. Very happy with Nick Dolinic and highly recommend him.

This company was fanatic from the start.. I called office for a estimate on a new system, Nick the owner was out on the same day, impressed with response time and knowledge everything was explained exactly what they were going to do. Two days later they were at my house at 8 o clock the installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't believe the house I grew up in finally has A/C upstairs! I'm also very happy they treated my mom with respect and never made her feel like she needed to call me to help with anything. I would highly recommend this company. My moms house is finally cool without window units and fans. All she talks about now is how comfortable the house is finally. We are all thrilled and very pleased with the service and outcome of the project.

Nick's team from Nick to Jeanine in the office to the guys in the field are all fabulous! I have used them at 3 houses( my mother's, my old house and now my new one) and they have taken care of us quickly each time at a respectable cost. They don't do anything with out explaining why it needs to be done and always give me options. Fantastic Service! Our 35 year old system finally decided to die during the unbearable Midwest late summer heat. Nick recommended several systems of varying efficiencies and cost for us to choose from that would best meet the needs of our house. The technicians were able to come out the next day and had the new system up and running within a couple hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Nick and his crew just installed three heating and cooling systems for my four family apartment complex. All employees are very professional, respectful and nice. He and his professional crew installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home days later. His staff, from the back office to his installers, were very professional, punctual and courteous.
